Desperately needs painting/ new bathroom/ brightening up. Definitely not stunning. There is no bbq. A electric camping grill/ plate but had to use it on ground so that is inaccurate in listing. When too many utilities used electricity went off. In fairness this was only once but we were careful after. Pool was nice and it was clean. Caretaker and pool man helpful.
