They promised me that they will fix the air conditioner or even change my room, but then when I return, they did neither thing they promised. The air conditioner is super loud, it makes sleeping very difficult especially for someone who is getting over jetlag. The worst is its management, they do not care about providing quality service to people. Please trust me when I say, they don’t care about people because I’m from HK, I have never seen this kind of subpar hotel service, it brings shame to Hong Kong and its people."
