"The room was fine. The indoor/outdoor pool was taken over by a huge group of young kids the first day we were there and was not available for the next two days we were there. That was one of the reasons we booked there. Very disappointed. The staff kept telling us it was being cleaned. It would be available later. It NEVER WAS! You would think that a complimentary breakfast would have been a nice compensation for the lack of the pool for 2 days. But NO it was still 21.00 a plate. Very poor service."

"After checking into the hotel and going to my room, I noticed that there was no desk chair. I informed the front desk, and the staff member brought a chair from another room, which I appreciated. However, the room had a significant number of flying bugs. I reported the issue and requested a room change if possible. The staff told me that no other rooms were available and that they would clean the room instead. When I returned later that evening, the same bugs were still in the room. Unfortunately, this made my stay very uncomfortable and disappointing. The lack of proper pest control and the inability to provide a clean room resulted in a very poor experience overall"

"Perfect location near many restaurants, grocery stores, coffee etc. Tons of space and super comfortable. Beautiful new space in basement with full kitchen, living room with 3 full sofas and beautiful bathroom. Bed, linens and plenty of pillows made it super comfortable. Close enough to everything, yet away from the traffic and noise. The neighborhood is fairly new. The property is beautiful with plenty of areas for a nice walk. I 100% recommend this place and would definitely stay again. Great communication as well. TY for a pleasant stay in your home."
