Primary renter must be at least 25 years old

Guests are provided with a starter supply of household essentials including toiletries, paper products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent. Additional supplies may be needed for longer stays.

HOT TUB GUIDELINES
For guest safety and enjoyment, please follow these hot tub guidelines:
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests
No glassware in or around the hot tub
No jumping or diving
Children must always be supervised by an adult
Do not use the hot tub if water temperature exceeds 104°F
Please avoid lotions, oils, and tanning products before use
Use designated pool towels for hot tub use
Replace the cover after each use
Guests with medical conditions, pregnancy, or health concerns should consult a physician before using the hot tub

STEAM SAUNA GUIDELINES
For guest safety and enjoyment, please follow these sauna guidelines:
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests
No food or drinks inside the sauna
Children under 16 are not permitted
Do not use the sauna while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Guests with medical conditions, pregnancy, or blood pressure concerns should consult a physician before use
Recommended session time is 10 minutes
Maximum recommended session time is 15 minutes
