This 7-bedroom, 7.5- bath oceanfront home comfortably sleeps 20 people, offering ample space to accommodate multi-family groups for your next family reunion or a wonderful space for corporate or church retreats. The list of amenities that this home provides its guests will allow something fun for everyone. Whether it’s the game room that offers a foosball table and video arcade, private beach access, 5-person hot tub, or community pool, your group will never forget their stay at this one-of-a-kind home. Finders Keepers will surpass all expectations and delight vacationers in all respects. Entering through the 4-car garage you’ll walk into the entertainment room ready for family fun! Choose between the foosball table, video arcade, or Smart TV for your entertainment delight. As you make your way to the 2nd floor, guests will notice how a designer's touch brings a level of comfort to this home not often found in a rental property. This home has a stunning open-concept kitchen, living, and dining room allowing all family members to share special moments. Take advantage of cooking family dinners in the fully stocked and well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers bar seating for 7 as well as a dining table with seating for 12\. The extensive living areas and separation of the rooms provide privacy, as well as sufficient room for being together. The spacious living area has multiple sitting areas, a large sofa, and a flat screen Smart TV with app streaming capability (no cable). This area offers the ideal space for family movie or game nights. There is one bedroom on this floor with a queen size bed and attached bathroom. An additional sleeping area is located off the living room with a queen sleeper sofa and attached half bathroom. On the 3rd floor, guests will have their choice of four additional bedrooms and four bathrooms. There are two bunk rooms, one with double twin-size bunk beds, the other with double twin-over-full bunks. Both have attached TVs and bathrooms. The other two bedrooms on this floor both have king size beds with private oceanfront balconies and bathrooms. The 4th floor of the house encompasses the Master Retreat which looks over the ocean. It has a king side bed, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, his/her sinks, walk-in closet, wet bar, and private ocean front balcony. Down the hall, there is an additional bedroom with a queen size bed and attached bathroom. Every bedroom has a smart TV equipped with streaming apps. There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay. For reservations made after October 15, 2022, a linen package is included in your rental rate. The linen package includes freshly laundered bed sheets for each bed, bath towel sets for the full occupancy of the house, bath mats for each full bathroom, and a kitchen towel and sponge. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, all top bunks and trundles will not be made. Elevator Notice This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. Our only disappointment was the cleaning staff did not arrive until the 4 pm check in time and the prior renters did not have the courtesy to take out the trash. Finders Keepers was perfect for our family trip, with plenty of space for 3 generations. The kids loved the game room and spent many happy hours down there during the tropical rains and winds that blew through. The house was clean inside and comfortable. We did have some minor issues including a malfunctioning garage door and an attic access door which the tropical winds dislodged. These issues were addressed in record time with concern and kindness. We were a little disappointed in the condition of the oceanfront deck in that there were multiple hoses lying across the entrance area and across the back of the deck. Also there was an outdoor electrical outlet which was not properly enclosed with the protective covering. But all in all, we very much enjoyed our stay and are extremely thankful that beautiful Topsail Island was spared damage from Debby. ##### Jane B. Reviewer Comments: The beach is beautiful and the decks overlooking the beach were wonderful family gathering spaces. The house is spacious and accommodated us well. The house and furnishings need updating. One set of bedsheets was not clean. Our dishwsher failed the 2nd night. A very nice owner bought a new one and replaced it, cheerfully. Nevertheless we went out for dinner that night not knowing if we would have a working one. I bought a new coffee pot (which we left there) because the one in the house was stained and so unappealing we wouldn't use it. Overall our experience was ok but we wouldn't rave about what a beautiful and beautifully maintained house it is. ##### corinne g. Reviewer Comments: We are a group of friends who grew up in a town called Dover. We have been gathering for “Dover Day “ since the 70’s. This was our second time meeting at Top Sail. We had a wonderful time. Finders Keepers is a lovey house and the location on the beach was splendid. We had a relaxing time and plan on returning. The only suggestions we have that would have improved our stay are- instructions for navigating the TVs ( so many remotes)- upgrade the cookware. ( Teflon frying pans in poor shape) ##### Anthony S. Reviewer Comments: We rented the home for a multi gerational family vacation. There was pleanty of room for everyone and lots of great amenities. Couches were a bit uncomfortable. The decor being a shabby sheek was very comfortable. The home is well maintained and sitting right on the beach it must be difficult to keep it that way. The house had easy access groceries and other activities. The beach access is great and we enjoyed watching the dolphins, surfing and beach combing. Reviewer Comments: During our stay we found that there was no hot water at either kitchen sink (reg and prep), nor in the bathroom sink or shower on that same level (second), nor in the one of the bathrooms on the third floor bedrooms, but the fourth floor bathrooms were good. This was relayed to the property manager at the time with no resolution. The hot tub was filthy with debris of all kinds, including a false eyelash and hair clumps, and there was a thick ring of scum around the whole edge of the water line, and sand covered the deeper areas on the bottom even after the “cleaner” came Saturday morning. This was also reported without resolution. The master bathroom tub jets were not working and they were filled with mildew that was visible after sitting down in the water which we immediately got back out of, also reported. Several lights were out and or switches went to nothing so that was inconvenient but not a big deal. Multiple sliding glass doors were found to have broken locks and one was broken off the track (PM already knew of this). The PM did respond to the text messages with acknowledgment of issues, no resolution was provided, even the water issues. We did ensure the valves were on. Several beds were very uncomfortable per my family members. The master was fine. There are two garages, however one was so tight that we were unable to open the doors to get out and had to repark in the other one. Our four door sedan with mirrors folded in and pulled in as close to the passenger side as possible to allow for the driver to get out was the only way to use it. Our other vehicles would not fit. In the positive side the location was excellent, on the shore with direct access and no obstructions in the view. Sitting up in the morning to that made it all worth it for the few days we were there. Unfortunately, I would definitely not stay here again, especially for the rate I paid for off season being higher than several others I’ve stayed in. The kids did enjoy ##### Angy R. Communication was amazing and fast. We were given all the information we needed for our check-in and checkout process in advance which made the process very easy.
