The expansive great room, designed with an open layout, takes full advantage of large windows and glass doors to showcase the beauty of Topsail Island. The owners have carefully arranged various seating options in the living area, which includes a sizable flat-screen television with cable and a DVD player. For dining, the area can comfortably accommodate six guests, and additional seating is available at the bar. The property boasts a modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, designed for convenient meal preparation. On the main floor, there's a bedroom that includes a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, along with a workspace for those who require a quiet environment to work or study. The main level also features a shared bathroom. Moving to the second floor, you'll find another shared bathroom and three additional bedrooms. The oceanfront bedroom (2) offers a king bed and a private balcony along with an HD cable television. Beachfront duplex with 4 bedrooms was perfect for our family of five. Just enough space for each kid to have their own room, but cozy enough to not feel too spread out! Great deck space to sit out and have a nice cup of coffee in the morning on one of two decks. Kitchen was well stocked! Glass cooktop stove was a little difficult to cook on (but they always are). The home is very well maintained and in a quiet location away from high rises and public beach access points on North Topsail. A beach rental shop is conveniently located directly across Island Dr. We spent many hours on the beach, and when we weren’t enjoying the beach, we sat out on the expansive back porch mere steps from the ocean. Several major grocery chains deliver to this address. Unfortunately, stocking the home for the week from nothing did add a major expense. We were surprised to find that the bathrooms did not even house toilet paper after a very long day of travel. Everything we needed had to be purchased, from condiments to paper towels and toilet paper to dish soap to linens for the bed, to chairs and beach toys for the beach. ##### Michelle E.
