"Convenient location and amazing staff - super helpful and accomodating. Unfortunately our room was directly underneath the bar and dining room so was very noisy. Also the presence of poorly supervised school groups added to the noise and meant the boot room was in constant chaos."

"We had a fantastic stay at Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort for our ski holiday. The location is excellent, only a short drive to the ski fields, making it very convenient for families. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The resort grounds are beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of activities for both adults and children. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and the facilities were well maintained.
