"Room was tastefully decorated and roomy. Lovely pool area and the buffet breakfast (included) was a full course meal with lots of options. Nice bar stra for a pre dinner drink. Restaurants and shopping within a 10 minute walk. Front desk ordered us transportation to the airport that arrived within minutes. All round great experience."

"+ Helpful friendly staff, tv broke the receptionist fixed it in 3 mins, very comfy beds in an ample sized room, breakfast was continental or Full English so enough choices. - Sadly we had zero view of anything we were on floor 1 right next to the lifts, a bare dirty patio that’s not been swept for a good while! The whole hotel needs brightening up, very dark wood interiors etc but it’s biggest drawback is that it’s a long way from any bars, restaurants of Brisbane so no nightlife to speak of. Would we return, no but it’s not horrendous. "

"The rooms we had were not clean, very dusty especially in the bathrooms. We had stayed at this hotel several years ago and to be honest it appeared to have declined in quality, booking in the staff member got the wrong people in the wrong rooms which caused problems later. I had paid for breakfast during our stay which worked well the first two days then became a problem and we were shown as not having paid so they kept asking us to pay. The chap on breakfast reception was really helpful but I didn’t get his name. But the food was ok."
