"We really enjoyed our stay, even though our room wasn't quite what we reserved. We had reserved a room with a walk-in shower because my husband has disability and has a very hard time to step up over a bathtub. Well, our room had a bathtub, luckily, it was a lower tub and did have disability bars, so with my help and the bars he was able to get in to take a shower. Also, the toilet was a bit low for someone with disability to get back up off the toilet. Things to watch for if you have someone with disabilities. Other than that, we enjoyed the room and had a great river view. We did hear music in the evening because the room was right over a bar, but it did get quiet after 10pm. Only other problem from our location, that bar/restaurant received early morning deliveries, I was always woken up by the delivery truck and them unloading between 5:30 to 6am. Room was clean, staff was very friendly, and we found the bed very comfortable."

"The main thing I didn't like was that the room was small for 2 people. It was clean so no issues there, it was just to small. Oh, and no good channels on the TV so very early to bed it was. Pool area was nice but the water was quite warm, but so was the weather. I think our next visit to HHI we will rent a condo."

"Great location, super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were on the small side. No where did the upgrade from a standard rooms to the premimum say, it's the same room, just on the top 3 floors, so that didn't sit well because of the extra fee. Our first room had a musty smell, probably from the air conditioner so they were kind to switch our room; problem solved. Good customer service. Enjoied the drink token for the bar, much appreicated. I would return, just get a standard room."
