Nice hotel with plenty of parking, friendly welcome, comfortable room and a nice small outdoor pool

Beautiful hotel with easy access and great parking in mid-town. An issue with parking passes meant that parking was free during my stay. The room was clean, free breakfast was pleasant and the staff were happy to help in any way they could, and were supper friendly. Location-wise, it's a little out of town, but parking in Savannah seemed plentiful and cheap at $2 an hour I'd happily stay here again in the future

The staff were fantastic and helpful. The hotel was great and exactly what we needed. We would definitely recommend here. Unfortunately we did have a room by the reception, pool, ice machine and staff room, so there wa a fair bit of noise but we realise that had ti happen somewhere.

Felt safe and looked after. Everything as described. Laundry facilities great so helpful! Breakfast was amazing plenty of choice too!

All was very good. The valets were very good. Room was clean upon arrival. Breakfast was excellent. No complaints!

What a beautiful hotel! Perfectly situated to explore Savannah just a 5 minute walk down to the river and parking included was great. We arrived very early but Martin ( hope that’s his name!) was so helpful and checked us in and contacted us when our room was ready. He was great giving information on places to go. the stay at this hotel was very good, clean and comfortable,the breakfast was ok if they did not run out of something ,which happened a couple of times during our stay, other than that it was fine. Staff at this Hotel didn't seem to interact with customers, but that wasn't an issue.

A wonderful one-night stop for our family of four, including two teenage sons. Our third-floor room overlooking the river was spacious, modern and flooded with light through large windows — a real highlight was watching the huge container ships glide past on their way to and from the Port of Savannah, a genuinely memorable sight. Large property, easy to find. Smooth check in and a good motel room. The lady at check in explained in some detail that the room card needed to be kept away from cell phones and other cards so I placed it in a cargo pocket. Needless to say, after going for a walk and returning to my room, the card didn’t work! The AC unit was good but was loud. TV was fine but the remote only worked sporadically. Very comfortable bed, good shower and an excellent breakfast.

Charming historical hotel in the very best location. Happy hour every afternoon, very nice staff. Highly recommended

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nice sized 2 x twin bed room with quiet air con and comfy beds. Nice outdoor pool & spa pool. We particularly liked the 5:30-7pm "Kick Back" session with free supper buffet & 3x alcholic drinks for the grown ups as well as the free breakfast advertised. Would look to use this chain again
