"Great venue but many problems encountered:
1. Housekeeping leaving at dishes in the room for over 24hrs
2. Housekeeping coming at 530pm when we wanted to get into our room
3 housekeeping refusing to wash our 6 month old baby’s bottles and refusing to give us any detergent or cleaner to
Do it ourselves. In the end the reception staff took pity on us and cleaned them for us
4. Housekeeping putting on wet bedsheets
5. House taxi dropping us in the wrong place despite having to pay x5 the cost of regular taxi
6. Housekeeping not shutting balcony doors when they left so air con stayed off and many flies got in our room.
Overall reception staff and management were friendly. Food was outstanding. Gym/spa/pool was very nice. Housekeeping was lousy. As a gesture we were given a complimentary breakfast. However
