Came to the area to see a band at the picturedrome. The hotel is across the road from the venue so a 2 minute walk . The rooms are beautiful with loads of character, fantastic on suite amenities. A great filling cooked breakfast. Oh and the rooms are above areal ale pub that has its own brewery happy days lol

Practicle functional no fuss

Lovely little inn. Good food. Nice rooms. Good home cooking for breakfast.

The hotel is situated 300 yards from the last of the summer wine experience and Nora Battys house, and Sid's Café and Summer wine Tour is only about 800 yards away, Ideally situated, I never expected such excellent value, the breakfast included in the price was probably the best I have ever had!

Would highly recommend ☺️

This was our second stay at Waterton Park and we were as pleased this time as we were after our first stay. This time our room was in the main hall - we had a spacious room which was pleasantly warm, beautifully furnished including a four poster bed. The bathroom was spacious with a walk in shower and full bath and was spotlessly clean. Staff our friendly and professional. Breakfast was included and was tasty and plentiful. Will definitely stay again.

Very friendly staff that dealt with all requests and provided suggestions for local restaurants to try. Nice bar area and clean, comfortable room. Thank you ☺️

The owners are like aunty and uncle who can't do enough for you, without intruding. Amazing value. Highly recommended.

In fact the motorway runs right alongside the hotel however don't let that put you off because you wouldn't know due to the excellent job they have done at the hotel to eradicate the noise. The staff are some of the friendliest we have encountered and they couldn't do enough for us. They are a credit to the hotel. Our room was clean, tidy and contained...
