"xeptional apartment.cery clean.if we had one thing to sa y in complaint it would be to heavy duvet.but you are not the olly buisness with this problem. we hae noticed it i nmany appartments/guest houses/4/5star hotels are also guilyy of the same complaint.yes the appartment was exceptonal.we would hope to return at soome point but at 86yrs oldwe cannot sat for certain."

"It was a spur of the moment booking, unplanned stopover in Skegness. Unbelievable value, very warm welcome from the smiley and friendly lady. The room was clean, spacious & comfortable. The driveway was a little tight but nice to have secure parking. The hotel was conveniently located and quiet. We didn’t stay for breakfast. Nice selection of drinks, biscuits, shower gel in room. Thank you"

"This is probably one of the best places, in Skegness, we have ever stayed in, over the last 30 years. It is dog friendly too. Lovely owner and staff. Nothing too much trouble. Excellent breakfast and spotlessly clean throughout. Well done and thank you. I highly recommend and we will stay again. "
