Output by the kitchen by outside staircase for access to the terrace and the garden private. DRC used occasionally by the owners (on opposite side). 1 parking space in the property + 2 seater external davant House. Garden with trees, garden furniture and sun loungers. Beautiful walks on the coast and in the hinterland to Notre Dame from May. All services nearby, provencal market on Thursday morning, sailing school on the port, boat for island of Embiez, festival the voice of Provinssirock in July. Bus stop at 200 m direction city centre and train station of Toulon. 1st floor: Entrance Hall, kitchen, large living room with balcony. Two rooms with each 1 bed 2 places, 1 room 2 beds 1 place. Bathroom, bathroom wc. 1 independent wc. 2nd floor, accessible via staircase steep bedroom 1 bed 2 places. 1 animal accepted except category dangerous dog.
