Amazing experience

Everything is perfect... It is ultimate hideout and relaxing place... The setting of the hotel overlooking a tranquil lake with backdrop of a mountain and great sand sea on the horizon. Rooms and Chalets are designed with extreme attention to every detail to make you feel the authentic nature of the place... very comfortable beds.. plenty of space and very clean... The staff are amazing. The cook and his assistant ; chef Mohamed and Omar are not just professional cooks but have a great taste and dinner is always a surprise every night... food is fresh and tasty... The hotel is away from the noise of downtown...at night you hear nothing and you will see the stars as if you have not seen them before.... to put it in a nutshell...This place stimulates and at same time relaxes all your senses... I loved it and I will come back again soon.

Outstanding!!! And the food. Oh my God, the food!!! So unbelievably delicious. In fact we cancelled all our other dinner reservations and had all our meals at the hotel. The whole staff is hospitable. We woke up and prepared our breakfast at 5 am because we had to leave early. The room is super cool. We will be back

Disappointing

Kept awake at night by incessant barking dogs. Food, particularly lunch and dinner was terrible.There was no menu and Inspite of mentioning that I am a vegetarian, there was little effort made by the chef to provide edible vegetarian food. Plus the pricing of the meal was not disclosed. Some rooms have electricity (unsafe connection with loose wires) and some don't-we were asked to move rooms during our stay inspite booking well in advance. No devices for capturing flies outside or inside which made it difficult to enjoy the scenery
