A new built pool villa located in a completely private area (no neighbors) in Vourvourou Halkidiki, in the 'professors' area, 700 meters from the 'favas' beach and 1km from the famous Karidi beach. The interior (120sq. m) includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and a living room (4 air-conditions). Apart from the pool area, there are also big terraces and a separate private bbq area. Complimentary satellite wifi, parking area (3 cars) and housekeeping services every 3 days.
