Exceptionally well located on a hill at the outskirts of N. Marmaras, just 400m from the beach & the village centre with plenty shops & restaurants. This cozy family apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is one (1) of the six (6) independent Alterra Vita Apartments in the village of Neos Marmaras. It is located on the second floor of the Alterra Vita Apartments building and is accessible only by stairs (no elevator). Once you enter the flat there is an interior yellow staircase that goes upstairs to a small low sloped ceiling attic with 2 single beds. Ideal for families with kids older than 7 years old cause for younger kids the staircase could be dangerous. The master bedroom is on the first floor of the flat and it includes a queen size bed (160cm x 200cm) and a wardrobe. The flat, also, offers a very cozy living room and a nice balcony where you can enjoy the sunset, and therefore is ideal for relaxing holidays in Halkidiki. The bathroom is fully renovated with a monsoon shower and essential bathroom amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and cooking basics. There is a washing machine for common use just one floor above the apartment at a utility room at the terrace. You can use that any time during your holidays. Top benefits the sunset view, the updated bathroom with the monsoon shower, the extra living room space and the separate bedroom that ensures the privacy of the couple, while the kids sleep at the attic. An additional top benefit is the short walking distance of the apartment from supermarkets, restaurants and shops, although a car is recommended if you want to explore the numerous nice beaches around. All the beds are very comfortable to sleep on. The room is equipped with a small flat panel LCD TV with HDMi connectivity (for laptops, gaming systems etc.) Accessibility/stairs: The flat is located on the 2nd – 3rd floor of the building, about 5 sets of 10-12 steps each to reach the apartment. No elevator. A/C: There are 2 A/Cs at this flat, one in the main bedroom downstairs and a 2nd A/C at the staircase, on the way up to the attic that covers the attic and the living room. At the Off-Season (starting from mid September) you more or less alone but some attractions and Restaurants are already closed. You should ask alterra Vita regarding car rental before hand to reach all the Nice places since public Transfer is rarely available.
