A Cute maisonette with unique outside area, stunning sea views. Private BBQ & Private parking  
A definition of a summer retreat; perfect for those who wish to enjoy their holidays in peace & autonomy in a uniquely beautiful place. It sits atop a hill right over a small rocky beach. It's 60sqm and built in a very interesting way, with main bedroom & ensuite bathroom on top floor, 2nd semi-enclosed bedroom on a loft over the living room & a sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms & a living room with fireplace. Enjoy the sunset & the sea view from the terrace!  
You can visit some of the best beaches in Greece within just 5-20mins.  
Hope on our sailing yacht for a unique experience, since it is one way to explore the beauty of Halkidiki within a day.
