Stays of 28+ Nights (Utilities & Cleaning)

- Pricing: A reduced monthly rate applies.
- Utilities: Only for rental periods of 28 nights or more, electricity, water, and gas are NOT included and will be billed separately based on consumption.
- Final Cleaning: A check-out cleaning fee is automatically added to the final price.
- Mid-Stay Cleaning: A mandatory cleaning and maintenance service is required every 30 days at a charge of €95 per service.

Stays of 28+ Nights (Legal Requirements)

- Contract: Guests must sign an additional Seasonal Rental Contract in compliance with local regulations (Law 11/2025 of the Generalitat de Catalunya).
- Deposit: The security deposit may be increased to align with longer stays.

Pet Policy

- Capacity: Maximum of 1 large dog OR 2 small dogs/cats.
- Fees: For daily rental: 20€/pet/night. For monthly/seasonal rentals: 150€/pet/month (Maximum of €375/pet/stay).
