Enjoy a short 5-minute stroll to the marina in downtown Sister Bay. Experience the tranquility of our secluded house, complete with a spacious wooded backyard where your group, including kids and dogs, can freely enjoy without disturbance. Indulge in our brand-new 5-seater hot tub, unwind by a cozy fire, or have a delightful barbecue. Inside, you'll find two generously sized living rooms flooded with natural light, offering ample space to unwind.

Moreover, we just added an expansive and beautiful mural of Highway 42 in the basement, accompanied by plenty of games and a big-screen TV for the kids!

MAIN FLOOR
The main floor has a newly renovated kitchen with all of the dishes and utensils to prepare and enjoy a full meal. The large dining room table splits the two large living rooms, with an open design. The bedroom downstairs has a queen memory foam bed and leads into a full bathroom.

One of the living rooms, which I call the "sunroom" takes you to the back deck with a large sliding door. The "sunroom" has a large-screen smart TV with a full cable TV subscription.

You can enjoy all this house has to offer while only needing to walk up and down two steps if accessibility is an issue.

SECOND FLOOR
There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. The second bedroom has one queen mattress. We JUST replaced the bunk beds in the third bedroom with two twin-size trundle beds to make the room more child-friendly.

All of the mattresses are new memory foam mattresses. There is a 32" smart TV in the third bedroom for kids to enjoy.

ENTERTAINMENT
As a special perk, we're thrilled to offer you an exclusive bundle that includes Hulu + Live TV, Disney+, and ESPN+. Access a wide range of live TV channels, an incredible library of Disney content, and captivating sports coverage all from the comfort of your home away from home. Simply tune in to the designated channels on the TV and enjoy a world of entertainment during your stay. Relax, unwind, and make the most of your experience with our exceptional Hulu bundle.

GAME ROOM
We JUST added a TV/game room in the basement with an amazing mural on the wall, to make it into a usable space for guests. You can lounge on the couch while watching a movie, play foosball or arcade, and enjoy each other's company!

OUTDOORS
Enjoy a relaxing evening in our backyard with a cozy fire pit. It's perfect for roasting marshmallows, sharing stories, or simply unwinding under the stars. A great addition to your stay, offering a warm and inviting space to gather with family and friends.

HOT TUB
We just installed a new 5-seater hot tub at the backyard.

PETS
The cabin is great for dogs! We allow up to 2 dogs, with a pet fee of $75 per dog.

WI-FI
We have high-speed internet in this house, which is plenty fast enough to stream videos on multiple devices and facetime your friends and family. The cell phone service can be a bit spotty, but the WIFI will hopefully make up for it.

PARKING
The driveway can park 6 cars or trucks but please do not park in the grass. There is also plenty of room for a boat trailer.

We also JUST installed an EV charger in the garage for guests to use.

LAUNDRY
We have a washer and dryer you can use, which is in the basement.

NEIGHBORHOOD
This house is in a residential neighborhood. Please respect our friends and neighbors and avoid loud, large parties. Please treat the neighbors like you live there. The neighborhood and backyard are perfect for grilling out, enjoying a fire, and laughing with your friends and family.

DAMAGE WAIVER
While you're on vacation, rest easy knowing that you are protected under Safely if any accidents or damage occur. We will take care of the cost of this coverage, which is additional to any protection provided by the platform. If any damage happens, please let me know and I will make a claim with Safely. You can trust me to take care of everything for you, provided that you clean up after your dog.

The damage waiver fee, which is included in the total cost of your reservation for this property, covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances. To qualify for coverage, you must report any incidents to us before checking out.

Please note that this waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items beyond Safely's scope of responsibility.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy that puts your mind at ease. If you decide to cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 97% refund of the total booking amount. The remaining 3% will be retained as a non-refundable transaction fee to cover the costs associated with processing your booking. However, if you cancel your booking within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date, we regret that we will not be able to offer any refund. Nevertheless, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests that you may have, subject to availability and applicable fees.

CLEANING FEE
We understand you may have questions about our cleaning fee, so let us shed some light on its purpose. It's not just a number; it reflects our commitment to immaculate cleanliness and fair treatment of our cleaning team.

The cleaning fee primarily supports our cleaners with living wages, empowering them to thrive in today's economy. We believe in respecting their hard work, which directly translates into the quality of your stay.

Beyond cleanliness, we're dedicated to ensuring your experience is seamless. We're on call to address any issues promptly, guaranteeing your peace of mind throughout your stay.

Rest assured, the cleaning fee isn't for profit. It directly supports fair compensation for our cleaners and includes a unique damage coverage policy, providing added protection for both you and our property.
