Welcome to the Valentine's Lakeside Villa, a charming residence located in the heart of Sirmione, perfect for families and groups up to 6 people. This spacious and comfortable villa offers a unique stay experience with its privileged location just 200 metres from the beach.   
  
The villa has 3 bedrooms with 4 beds, including 2 king-size and 2 single beds, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The spacious interior includes 3 bathrooms: 2 with shower and 1 with a bathtub, ensuring comfort and convenience for everyone.   
  
The fully equipped kitchen is a real strong point, equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, toaster and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. Free WiFi and the presence of an iron complete the interiors.
