The apartment has a living room with a single sofa bed, a dining table, a 32-inch flat-screen TV, a kitchenette equipped with an induction hob and microwave; the living room leads to a comfortable terrace where you can safely eat outside. The room, furnished with a simple double bed, has a small balcony overlooking the park; a windowed bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the bedroom, but also with ceiling fans both in the living area and in the bedroom. Overall, there are two swimming pools with a large solarium on the lawn or on a tiled tub, the sun beds are available for free, you can access them by entering with the key provided, so there is no possibility that small children can access them inadvertently. On the weekends of July and August, outdoor films for all vacationers. The parking space is inside the residence and is reserved for each individual apartment. There is a corner shop and two restaurants directly opposite which made staying there so much easier as we didn’t have a car with us. The building is part of a holiday resort so it felt really safe staying there, and the couple who own it were really kind to us! The bikes were brilliant, we basically cycled everywhere and found some amazing beaches. The pool was great although you need to wear a swimming cap so we much preferred swimming in the lake which was only 5minutes away. Would definitely come back again! ##### Sally R. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und persönlich durch die Wohnung geführt.Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und entsprach genau der Beschreibung in der Anzeige. Besonders praktisch war der überdachte Parkplatz. Der gepflegte Poolbereich mit großzügiger, schattiger Liegewiese, ausreichend Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirmen hat uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen.Auf Anfrage haben wir zudem ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Stock eines von mehreren Gebäuden innerhalb eines abgeschlossenen, sehr gepflegten parkähnlichen Geländes mit Kfz-Stellplatz. Der schöne Pool war allerdings Ende September schon geschlossen. Zum Strand am See sind es ca. 500 Meter. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet und mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Vermieter Renato und Sonja kümmern sich fürsorglich um die Gäste. Die Kommunikation läuft problemlos mit Hilfe von Übersetzungsprogrammen. Gerne wieder bei diesen empfehlenswerten Vermietern! ##### Norbert B. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Alles sehr sauber. Die Lage sehr ruhig. Die Fahrräder für Touren in der Umgebung völlig in Ordnung. Der Pool sehr sauber und gepflegt und immer freie Liegen verfügbar. Renato und seine Frau waren tolle Gastgeber!!! Renato reagierte auf Fragen in absoluter Rekordzeit. Vorab ein herzliches Dankeschön an Sonia und Renato. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartment ist gut aufgeteilt, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bietet eine Terrasse sowie einen Balkon. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer funktioniert sehr gut. Es gibt keine Spülmaschine und keine Waschmaschine, was wir jedoch nicht vermisst haben. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das gilt auch für die tolle Poolanlage (Badekappe nicht vergessen). Die Poolanlage besteht aus Schwimmer- und Nichtschwimmerbecken, bietet zu jeder Zeit genügend Sonnenliegen, Bademeister, Schattenflächen und Toilette. Am Wochende kann es etwas voller werden. Das Publikum ist gemischt und besteht aus Eigentümern und Urlaubern. Uns hat das gut gefallen, insgesamt eine freundliche und sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Lage zwischen Sirmione und Peschiera ist sehr gut. Fußläufig erreichbar ist ein nettes Restaurant mit Kinderspielbereich, zwei Mini-Märkte, ein Kinderspielplatz und die Strandpromenade mit einer netten Strandbar. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man gut nach Sirmione und Peschiera. Auch drei Supermärkte befinden sich in einem Umkreis von zwei Kilometern. Die Vermieter, Sonia und Renato, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war etwas schwierig, da wir kein italienisch sprechen. Mit Hilfe einer Übersetzer-App geht das dann aber ganz gut. Wir können die Vermieter und das Appartment nur empfehlen! ##### Silvio G. Stayed 14 nights in Jul 2021 ---
