The apartment has two double bedrooms , a living room with sofa bed , bathroom with shower and a furnished terrace , ideal for relaxing outdoors. The large, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located on the ground floor , the apartment includes a covered parking space , a precious convenience in the area. The location is excellent: equipped beaches , restaurants, bars, supermarkets and services can be easily reached on foot. Just 100 meters away is the shuttle that takes you directly to the historic center of Sirmione in about 10 minutes. This accommodation is ideal for families and groups who want comfort, convenience and a perfect starting point for experiencing Sirmione and Lake Garda. Italian Homing is a property management company specialized in the professional management of holiday homes and tourist rentals. To ensure compliance, security and a contactless experience, our procedures are automated and required before arrival to manage self-check-in with maximum security.
