French door that leads directly to the private garden perfect for sunbathing in total privacy. There is a double bedroom and one equipped with bunk beds for up to four people. Nice and equipped bathroom with shower box. The structure is furnished in a modern and elegant style, the colors are perfectly blended and designed to relax body and mind. The location is in Lugana di Sirmione, a few meters from the lakefront promenade and two km from the wonderful village of Sirmione. Private Residence parking is available. Italian Homing is a property management company specialized in the professional management of holiday homes and tourist rentals. To ensure compliance, security and a contactless experience, our procedures are automated and required before arrival to manage self-check-in with maximum security.
