The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people , thanks to the double bedroom located upstairs and the quadruple family room downstairs . The apartment has two modern bathrooms , both with shower cubicles and fully equipped. The rooms are bright and welcoming: the large living room offers Smart TV with streaming services, fast Wi-Fi with repeaters on each floor and a living area ideal for relaxing after a day on the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped , equipped with everything you need for long stays and in total autonomy. Outside you will find a private and spacious patio , perfect for outdoor dining, as well as deckchairs dedicated to your relaxation. At the back there is also a private garden . A big plus of the property is the very large private garage , with direct access to the apartment. The communal pool , shared only with 3 other accommodations, guarantees tranquility and comfort. There is also a small private laundry room , equipped and perfect for longer stays. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are free throughout the property. Pets are allowed only on request . The supplement ranges from 50 to 100 euros per stay, depending on the size.
