The holiday apartment, equipped with free Wi-Fi connection, welcomes guests with its bright living room with sofa bed for 2, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs, fully equipped kitchen with cooker hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, electric kettle, orange juicer, american coffe machine and toaster. The living room gives access to the private garden of the apartment where children can play and have fun during the summer; the garden, equipped with a nice table and chairs, is the ideal place to have outdoor lunches and dinner. This apartment is completed by the bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, and by the bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet, WC and washing machine. \*The shared swimming pool is open from the 20th of May until the 20th of September. Alles wirkte unsauber und nicht gepflegt. Der Toilettensitz war defekt, die Spiegel an den Schränken und die Türen waren total verschmiert genauso wie die Tischplatte des Glastisches. Mehrere Glühbirnen und eine Nachttischlampe waren defekt. Das Internet funktioniert nicht, der Deckel der Kaffeemaschine war auch defekt, so dass man morgens erstmal basteln musste, dass der Kaffee auch in die Kanne lief. Am Staubsauger fehlte hinten ein Filter. Man hatte das Gefühl, alles was man anfasste, war defekt. In den Schubladen der Wohnwand waren zum Teil noch die Unterlagen der Vorgänger zu finden. Auf der Terrasse stand ein Eimer mit altem Wischwasser. Da der Wischmopp darin von Spinnweben umhüllt war, gingen wir davon aus, dass der Eimer schon länger stand. Auch in den Ecken der Terrasse waren überall Spinnweben. Ein Sichtschutz zum Nachbargrundstück drohte einzufallen und ein defekter Klappstuhl stand auch dort herum. Wir kontaktierten gleich die Agentur, die auch einen Tag später 2 „Handwerker“ schickten. Diese wechselten dann eine Glühbirne, steckten den Stromstecker des Routers neu, ohne Erfolg, nahmen die defekte Lampe mit und verschwanden nach 10 min. Die Grundstücke sind durch eine dornige Hecke getrennt. Deswegen sollte auf dem Kunstrasen der im Garten ausgelegt ist auf gar keinen Fall barfuß laufen, da die Dornen im Kunstrasen nicht verrotten. Das einzig positive war der Pool. Dieser war so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Unser Fazit: nicht nochmal in diese FeWo. ##### Peter S. Fußmarsch vom See, 15 Min vom Discounter )mit Parkmöglichkeiten in der gepflegten Anlage. Die Wohnung selbst war funktionel und gepflegt.Minus Punkte: Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten die Temperatur des Wassers in der Dusche einzustellen so dass wir die 2 ersten Nächte kalt geduscht haben.Steckdosen waren genügend aber nur eine war mit einem Adapter da.
