"Overall great! The hotel is inside the main lobby of the Central Tashkent Train railway. After the security check, the sign for hotel is above the entrance to the garden on the right. Head straight to sign says VIP , enter the building and the hotel entrance is in the right. Very convenient bc I needed to catch the high speed train early morning. I used the hostel section of the hotel. "

"Staff super friendly & speaks great English. Everything was very clean, though we visited in the off-season & the room did smell a bit strongly of cleaning supplies—perhaps the carpets were recently shampooed? It did not bother us at all but people sensitive to strong smells should be aware. The only thing that was a little bit against it is that the radiators kept the room a bit warmer than we would prefer, but that is certainly better than being too cold! Also there were occasional planes flying overhead but it was not so frequent & for the price, convenient location, & friendly staff I highly recommend! "
