  • Our house is situated in a quiet and sunny south-facing location on the edge of the Sipplingen nature reserve. The apartment can be rented for a minimum of 4 nights, and 7 nights during peak season. Lake Constance, with its free public beach, harbor, promenade, grocery stores, and restaurants, is just a short walk away.

    Our beautiful apartment is fully equipped with a living/dining room, kitchenette (with dishwasher), shower/toilet, cable TV, and balcony. Free Wi-Fi is available, as is a private parking space directly at the house. The sauna can be used for a small fee.

    With the Echt Bodensee Card, which you receive upon payment of the visitor's tax, you can use public transportation free of charge and benefit from discounts on numerous leisure and cultural activities.
