    On the ground floor, you can enjoy a spacious outdoor patio facing the sea—perfect for relaxing with a sunset aperitif or starting your day with breakfast as the sun rises over Solanas.



    The location is truly unique: right on the beach, with a beach bar just a short walk away. Nearby, you’ll find a supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, and ATM, ensuring a practical and comfortable stay.



    Villa Terri is also strategically located about 10 km from Villasimius, making it a great base for exploring the entire southeastern coast of Sardinia, renowned for its crystal-clear beaches and stunning views. It’s also ideal for motorcyclists, with beautiful scenic roads along the coast and inland, plus private parking available.
