Sehr angenehm! Der Gastgeber Andrea und seine Frau waren zu jeder Zeit und allen Fragen für uns da. Wir haben tolle Tipps zu StrÀnden,MÀrkten und Restaurants erhalten. Vielen herzlichen Dank!!! 😘 Das Ferienhaus liegt unmittelbar am Strand - 3 Minuten zu Fuß.Der Strand ist atemberaubend schân - es gibt 3 Strandbars. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen und werden sicher wiederkommen.

ZweckmÀßige Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Umgebung!

Das Preis /LeistungsverhΓ€ltnis ist in Ordnung. Es ist keine Luxus Fewo , es besticht durch seine einzigartige Lage und war fΓΌr uns vΓΆllig in Ordnung. Andrea der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar! Die Dachterrasse und der Ausblick ist ein Traum , der Strand durch eigenen Zugang in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil, Mitte Oktober muss man zum Abendessen in Restaurants immer grundsΓ€tzlich 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren. Die QualitΓ€t des Essens hat dann aber fΓΌr die 30 -40 Minuten Fahrzeit entschΓ€digt! Es lohnt sich , auch die anderen StrΓ€nde in der Umgebung zu besuchen, alle traumhaft.

Tolle Lage, Wohnung eher mittelmÀßig

Wir waren vor einer Woche in Solanas in der Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter Andrea und Valeria sind wirklich sehr nett. Die Wohnung und allgemein das Haus ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und in einem schlechten Zustand . MΓΆbel sehr alt, teilweise kaputt. SpΓΌlmaschine war auch kaputt. Die Aussendusche am Eingang des Hauses funktioniert ebenfalls nicht. Der Grill auf der Dachterrasse ist ein aus Backsteinen zusammenschustertes Provisorium. Das Grillrost ist verbogen und mit einer Schicht Rost versehen. Wir hΓ€tten wirklich gern gegrillt, haben es dann aber gelassen. Allgemein ist die Dachterrasse nicht wirklich einladend. Die Fliegengitter an TΓΌren und Fenstern sind bereits durchlΓΆchert. Es liegen hier und da mal kaputte Sachen herum, wie zum Beispiel der Ventilator, ein Besen,... Warum rΓ€umt man das nicht weg? Im Badezimmer riecht es ΓΆfter mal nach Abfluss, wenn die SpΓΌlmaschine dann mal lΓ€uft, auch in der KΓΌche aus dem Waschbecken. Der Innenhof gleicht einer SperrmΓΌllsammlung. Wir haben 2 Tage gebraucht um das MΓΌllsortiersystem zu verstehen. Es wΓ€re hilfreich wenigstens fΓΌr die ersten Tage je Sorte einen MΓΌllbeutel bereit zu stellen. Da mussten wir uns im Laden durchfragen. Ich kΓΆnnte noch einbischen so weitermachen. Das Einzige was wirklich toll ist, ist die NΓ€he zu einem traumhaften Strand. Das PreisleistungsverhΓ€ltnis stimmt eher nicht. Wir haben keine grossen AnsprΓΌche, aber fΓΌr den Preis hΓ€tte ich doch etwas mehr erwartet. Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass die Vermieter wirklich sehr bemΓΌht und hilfsbereit sind. Nur, das macht die Wohnung nicht besser. Das Restaurant von Andreas Familie kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

très bonne location

Appartement très bien situé, propre avec grande surface et une superbe terrasse sur les toits avec vue panoramique sur mer et montagne, cuisine bien aménagée. Le propriétaire est accueillant et facilement joignable. Le restaurant du propriétaire à 1km de l'appartement est très bon.

the house is located in Solanas, a basic village near Villasimius. the people are very friendly and we have used very much the owner's recommendations. the sea is very cleaned, there is a nice lido 50mt from home. nice home for families. it was very good for us to have unlimited wifi. we will come back for sure. it was a really beautiful vacation.

la casa dove abbiamo alloggiato ci ha offerto una vasta gamma di comodità di cui avevamo bisogno per i nostri figli e soprattutto per me che amo cucinare. dalla lavastoviglie al wi-fi, dalla lavatrice alla macchina del caffè, dal bollitore alla cassaforte. tante piccole cose che difficilmente si trovano in una locazione turistica. e poi abbiamo adorato mangiare all'aperto in terrazza. barbecue, doccia esterna fronte spiaggia. bellissimo! abbiamo lasciato il cuore a Solanas. grazie ad Andrea

A parte il tempo non proprio dei migliori, siamo stati fortunati a trovare una casa cosi fornita come questa, adatta alla nostra famiglia e destinata secondo me a soddisfare parecchie altre esigenze visto che in questo immobile ho trovato perfino accessori introvabili altrove come bollitore, macchina elettrica per il caffè e lavastoviglie. ha anche internet dalla quale abbiamo potuto collegarci fino alla terrazza che ha una bella vista sul mare. è una casa promossa a pieni voti per l'affitto di una, due o tre settimane. ci ritorneremo. grazie ad Andrea!! bravissimo

Un coin de paradis

Nous avons effectuΓ© un sΓ©jour de deux semaines en juillet 2018 qui s’est formidablement bien passΓ©. La plage si proche est exactement ce dont je rΓͺvais. Nos adolescent(e)s ont apprΓ©ciΓ© de pouvoir y accΓ©der Γ  l’heure qui leur convenait. Nous avions de la place sur la plage et la tempΓ©rature de l’eau est un dΓ©lice. Il y a un bar de plage idΓ©al pour se relaxer avec cocktails, biΓ¨res, jus de fruits.. . Les glaces italiennes sont meilleures et moins chΓ¨res qu’en France au second bar de plage. Et pour dΓ©guster un menu composΓ© de produits locaux, Del Barbara Γ©videmment. Nous nous sommes rΓ©galΓ©s. Le prix des pizzas (une pizzΓ©ria est Γ  5 mn Γ  pieds avec terrasse) est compris entre 5 et 7 €. Il n'y a mΓͺme pas Γ  hΓ©siter. La maison d’AndrΓ©a Γ©tait propre et trΓ¨s fonctionnelle. Nous n’avons manquΓ© de rien. Nous avons bien apprΓ©ciΓ© d’avoir deux rΓ©frigΓ©rateurs/congΓ©lateurs pour stocker toutes nos glaces Γ  dΓ©guster sur l’incroyable terrasse du haut de la maison. La vue sur la mer est trΓ¨s relaxante. Il y a aussi une seconde terrasse (plus petite) au niveau de la cuisine, elle permet de prendre des repas Γ  6 si on ne veut pas monter la vaisselle un Γ©tage plus haut au rΓ©veil le matin. Une troisiΓ¨me terrasse longe deux chambres et permet de stocker le linge Γ  sΓ©cher, les bouΓ©es, etc. Il a fait assez chaud et la climatisation ne semblait pas fonctionnelle. Cependant, l’aΓ©ration des piΓ¨ces est facilitΓ©e par l’orientation des ouvertures avec calage des portes via des cales mises Γ  disposition. Il y a des moustiquaires mais une raquette anti moustique reste trΓ¨s pratique pour les petits malins qui rΓ©ussissent Γ  trouver une issue. Nous avons apprΓ©ciΓ© la literie et n’avons eu aucun mal Γ  stocker nos affaires. Nos nuits ont Γ©tΓ© calmes et reposantes. Nous n’avons pas eu besoin d’eau chaude pour la douche car sa tempΓ©rature Γ©tait idΓ©ale pour nous dΓ©tendre. Parlons un peu d’AndrΓ©a maintenant. C’est une crΓ¨me ! Il a Γ©tΓ© trΓ¨s disponible avant notre sΓ©jour et son accueil trΓ¨s chaleureux malgrΓ© notre arrivΓ©e bien tardive. Au cours de notre sΓ©jour nous n’avons pas eu de besoin particulier mais il est clair qu’il serait venu Γ  notre secours si besoin. C’est vraiment agrΓ©able de traiter avec lui, tout est simple et clair. J’ai demandΓ© Γ  mon mari de transposer ce coin de Paradis au fond de notre jardin franΓ§ais mais d’aprΓ¨s lui Γ§a ne va pas Γͺtre possible. Alors pour en profiter encore, nous retournerons sΓ»rement en Sardaigne.

Die Wohnung liegt an einem traumhaften Strand, der mit wenigen Schritten erreichbar ist. Die Terrasse ist herrlich. Die Wohnung war eher ungepflegt. Preis-Leistung stimmt eher nicht. Der Besitzer war aber sehr freundlich und bemΓΌht.

Bellavista, Dachterrasse

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist grosszΓΌgig, mit GeschirrspΓΌler und Waschmaschine auch fΓΌr lΓ€ngere Aufenthalten geeignet. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und der Dachterrasse ist fantastisch! Das Meer ist wirklich nur 30 Mt entfernt, so kΓΆnnen auch die Kinder selbstΓ€ndig schon mal vorgehen. Das Restaurant vom Besitzer ist sehr empfehlenswert!!! In Oktober ist es sehr ruhig. Es hat ein kleiner Supermarkt in der NΓ€he, fΓΌr grΓΆssere EinkΓ€ufe muss man nach Villasimius. WΓ€hrend der Hochsaison ist sicher mehr offen. Am Strand hat es eine tolle Strandbar. Wir haben unser Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sicher wieder!

Empfehlenswertes Feriendomizil

Die Wohnung ist einfach aber zweckmΓ€ssig eingerichtet, verfΓΌgt ΓΌber eine vollumfΓ€ngliche Ausstattung (KΓΌche mit Backofen, SpΓΌlmaschine, Mikrowelle, 2 KΓΌhlschrΓ€nke) inkl. Waschmaschine. Die Dachterrasse ist traumhaft und der Grill lΓ€dt zu einem feinen Abendessen ein. Wir haben die Dachterrasse auch mal tagsΓΌber benutzt, vor allem an den Wochenenden, wenn der Strand ΓΌberfΓΌllt war. Der kleinere Balkon bei der KΓΌche ist ideal fΓΌrs FrΓΌhstΓΌck. Der feinsandige Strand mit kristallklarem Meer ist in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. EigentΓΌmer Andrea ist Γ€usserst hilfsbereit und nett. Das Restaurant seiner Eltern ist klar das Beste in der Umgebung. The facility of the apartment is simple but convenient and youΒ΄ll find all you need (kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 fridges). The roof terrace is gorgeous and you will love the BBQ. The small balcony near the kitchen is perfect for breakfast. The sandy beach is reachable with a view steps. Owner Andrea is always very helpful and kind. I also recommand his fathers restaurant which is absolutely the best in the whole region.

Tolle Lage an tollem Strand

Das Haus bietet alles was man für einem entspannten Urlaub braucht. Es ist keine Prachtvilla mit Luxus pur, sondern eher funktional eingerichtet - was aber vollkommen ausreicht. Das Bad ist renoviert und neu, Dusche und Klo funktionieren, was ich am Wichtigsten finde. Gastgeber Andrea ist immer da wenn man ihn braucht, er wohnt im selben Ort. Zumindest Mitte Juni ist in dem Ort selbst praktisch nichts los, aber Villasimius ist nur knapp 30 Minuten entfernt. Sardinien nicht gerade eine Fußball-Hochburg - Die EM war âffentlich kaum zu sehen.

"Appartement dans maison trΓ¨s bien placΓ©e au pied de la plage de Solanas. Pas de route Γ  traverser, l''accΓ¨s Γ  la mer est sΓ©curisant pour les enfants, on arrive directement sur la plage par une ruelle, c''est gΓ©nial. Le propriΓ©taire est trΓ¨s sympathique, trΓ¨s prΓ©venant et toujours disponible pour la moindre demande, c''est vraiment un plus ! La maison est propre, bien Γ©quipΓ©e, le Wifi fonctionne Γ  merveille! La literie est trΓ¨s bien, propre, la vaisselle est suffisante, le linge de maison aussi, les deux terrasses sont trΓ¨s apprΓ©ciables pour prendre le soleil sans bouger de chez soi. Nous sommes venus en fΓ©vrier et j''ai eu un peu froid : seule une climatisation rΓ©versible chauffe la maison, il faut donc laisser les chambres ouvertes pour avoir un peu de chaleur. Heureusement, il y a une cheminΓ©e et on peut se fournir en bois Γ  Villasimius! De plus, les commerces ne sont pas tous ouverts en cette saison et il faut donc prΓ©voir de faire quelques courses avant d''arriver. L''accΓ¨s Γ  la maison se fait par un petit chemin et une entrΓ©e dans lesquels il n''est pas facile de manΕ“uvrer, il faut prΓ©voir une voiture pas trop grande ou alors la laisser dans la rue. Pour les franΓ§ais, prΓ©voyez des adaptateurs pour les prises de courant ! En conclusion, je conseillerais volontiers cette location mais plutΓ΄t aux beaux jours, nΓ©anmoins, avec un peu d''organisation, la location en fΓ©vrier peut Γͺtre sympa aussi Γ  condition de demander des couvertures aux propriΓ©taires qui les fournissent sans problΓ¨me et de se fournir en bois!"

"We had a wonderful holiday in Solanas it is fantastic place to stay in Sardinia. The views and sights surrounding the village were marvelous. The house is very clean and cosy, fantastic terrace on the roof with an astonishing view. Beach is really only 3 minutes walk. Very hospitable and frendly owner who care about the people staying at their accomodation and available for any questions. Andrea, thanks a lot!!! We also visited owner restaurant, all was very delicious!!!! We highly recommend this restaurant. "

"L''appartamento Γ¨ confortevole e pulito, corrisponde alla descrizione dell''annuncio e si trova a due passi da una bellissima spiaggia. Piacevolissime le due grandi terrazze da cui si gode un bel panorama. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Il piccolo paese Γ¨ tranquillo. Infine consigliamo vivamente a tutti di mangiare al ristorante "da Barbara", dai gusti semplici ma raffinati e con un ottimo rapporto qualitΓ -prezzo. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere!"

"L''appartement est grand...

"L''appartement est grand et extrΓͺmement bien situΓ©, Γ  deux pas de la plage( idΓ©al avec de jeunes enfants). La terrasse sur le toit avec une vue magnifique est un bonheur pour prendre les repas, faire la sieste, lire Γ  l''abri des regards ! Les serviettes de toilette sont fournies, seules les serviettes de plage seront Γ  mettre dans les bagages! La rΓ©gion elle est superbe !"

"La situaciΓ³n de la casa es inmejorable para vacaciones con niΓ±os, estΓ‘ a 50 m de la playa y no hay qu cruzar ninguna calle. La casa es un poco vieja, pero la estΓ‘n optimizando con esmero. El entorno y la acogida inmejorables!"

"We where in March in Solonas and we had a great time their. They appartement was clean and the terras on the roof was amazing. The owner Andrea pickt use up at the airport and showed use around. It was very quiet there, but we loved it. It's a great place to go back to and we will. "
