"Upon our entry, we were checked in by this young and energetic staff Faeez. Faeez had an exceptional customer service, willing to serve attitude and truly winning the guest heart upon entry. He beautifully handled us and made sure we got the rooms that we booked and desired for. During our stay, we enjoyed the beautiful buffet breakfast. Upon our check out, Liza had been exceptionally helpful. She allowed us extra time to check out and made sure we had enough time to gather ourselves before we checked out of our rooms. "Every single staff member in the hotel were super helpful and friendly. Restaurant for breakfast was brilliant! Different stuff everyday and food was very good. In Room Dining with 24hr access is nice as well as the Club Lounge! Pools are nice and clean. They give a mean massage! All my knots are non existent thanks to May Li! When we wanted something different from room service they went the extra mile to get us food from Masella and deliver to our room thanks to the lovely waitress at the host desk! Overall stay was great, the rooms were always cleaned and beautifully presented, a lot of places are close by and easily accessible. I miss the hotel and people already! Will definitely be back!"
