The house offers space for 4 people. It has two comfortably furnished bedrooms. One with a double bed, another with bunk beds and capacity for 3 people and a bathroom. The living room and dining room, bright and cosy, invite you to stay. The outdoor area with well-maintained lawn and comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue invite you to relax. One must not forget the pleasant neighbourhood, the small donkey "Luis" who is always happy with pleasant visitors. During the high season, it is possible that flight noise may increase. IMPORTANT: \- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform. \- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. The house was in line with expectations and with photos and descriptions provided. It had all the required basic equipments and was extremely clean. The owner was discreet and we only noticed him once. The only negative aspect were the airplanes which all seem to have the route for Palma airport over the house and made quite some noice. The Finca is beautiful from the outside, but really modern and tasteful inside with all the facilities and equipment to make your stay as easy as possible. There’s also the owners friendly Donkey Luis to keep you company in the adjacent field, which the kids loved. The only downside is the lack of air con and the 500 metre bumpy road to get to the villa itself. People have mentioned the flight path noise, but we did not find this an issue. Sehr gute Einrichtung, sehr sauber, schöner Pool, gepflegtes Grundstück. Schön abgelegen, ohne direkte Nachbarn. Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis das Zusammenleben mit den Tieren. Wir haben Pferd und Esel gern mit Leckereien versorgt und hatten richtig etwas Abschiedsschmerz. Wenn wir uns etwas wünschen können, gern beim nächsten Mal Schnapsgläser. Das war das einzige, was gefehlt hat. Ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau...Eine Sache muss leider erwähnt werden. Der Fluglärm. Erst haben wir gedacht, naja Fluglärm gibt es fast überall auf Mallorca. Ist eben eine Insel. Hier ist es aber schon extrem. Gerade morgens und abends fliegt in der Hochzeit alle paar Minuten ein Flugzeug im Tiefflug über das Haus. Es liegt im direkten Anflugbereich auf den Flughafen von Palma. Tut mir leid. Da kann der Eigentümer leider nichts machen. La casa muy bonita y con todo lo necesario y más! En una zona muy tranquila donde poder ver bien las estrellas por la noche. La compañía del burrito Lluís. Los anfitriones muy amables. Leímos comentarios sobre los aviones, a nosotros no nos molestó en absoluto. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, außer dem Esel Luiz und einem Pferd. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit fast allem was man braucht. Alles, und damit meine ich auch wirklich alles, war tiptop sauber !!!! Den Kamin im Wohnzimmer konnten wir auch sehr gut gebrauchen. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr sympathischer und unaufdringlicher Zeitgenosse. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen !!!! Auch, dass die Finca genau in der Einflugschneise liegt, hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Nachts das Fenster schließen und dann war das für uns absolut kein Problem. Bei der Ankunft, fanden wir Wasser, Saft, Milch und Cracker vor, Danke dafür !! Es war wirklich sehr , sehr schön !! Liebe Grüße Andy und Wolfgang Nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten: In der Küche fehlen Topflappen und Kochlöffel. Außerdem sollte die Urlaubsmappe, die in der Küche ausliegt, auf Vordermann gebracht werden. Darin wird erklärt, daß sich Müllcontainer an den Strassen von Sineu und Llubi befinden. Wir haben keine gefunden. Allerdings gibt es eine Art Wertstoffhof direkt in Sineu. Die Berechtigungskarte dazu liegt zwar in der Mappe, aber ohne Erklärung. Nach einer längeren Recherche, wußten wir dann Bescheid. Ansonsten, war alles super. Das Haus ist in super Zustand und es wurde sehr gut gesäubert. Die Besitzer sind super lieb und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war weniger nett und einmal wenig hilfsbereit. Im Großen und Ganzen, hätte ich mir noch Sonnenschirme für die Terrasse gewünscht und noch mehr Ventilatoren. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Finca liegt allerdings sehr abseits. Man sollte auf jeden Fall ein Auto besitzen. Das Haus ist umgeben von vielen Tiere . Für Kinder ist das richtig toll. Es war alles sehr sauber und fast schon neuwertig. Die Finca war mit den wichtigsten Sachen ausgestattet. Handtücher waren auch vorhanden. Der Pool war sehr sauber und abends beleuchtet. Die Küche war schön groß und man konnte gut kochen. Ein kleiner Vorrat an Tee, Wasser und Kaffee wäre schön gewesen, da wir sehr spät ankamen. Ein paar Sachen haben wir allerdings zu kritisieren: Es fliegen leider sehr viele Flugzeuge durchgängig über das Haus. Donnerstag- Sonntag alle 2-3 Minuten. Trotz der ruhigen Lage, hatte man dadurch leider keine Ruhe. Auf den Fotos wurden leider auch die Strommäste nicht abgebildet, die leider den schönen Ausblick verderben. Für den Esel Luiz wünschen wir uns einen weiteren Esel. Er schien sehr einsam zu sein und tat uns sehr leid. Der Eigentümer kommt 2 mal die Woche und füttert den Esel und reinigt den Pool. Dies sollte auf jeden Fall in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden. Wir hatten damit kein Problem und fanden den Eigentümer sehr sympathisch und freundlich! Wir kommen gern wieder wenn die Finca etwas preiswerter ist, da durch den Fluglärm und die Aussicht leider das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht ganz passt :-) Den Service von Mallorca Charme bewerten wir mit sehr gut. La maison est très belle , extrêmement propre et très bien entretenue. La piscine est grande et très propre et les extérieurs dépaysants , aucun vis à vis . Seul petit bémol le propriétaire est venu sans nous prévenir à 2 reprises pour l'entretien, nous aurions apprécié un petit message de sa part auparavant. A part cela , tout s'est très bien passé. ##### Haroun From a partner site ### 10/10 Excellent #### Bjoern 12 Oct 2021 #### Der Pool ist ein Traum Die Finca befindet sich wie angegeben, ca. 4 km von dem nächsten Ort (Sineu) entfernt. Um die Finca herum sind nur Felder und man hat kaum bis keinen Kontakt zu anderen Menschen. Der Esel auf dem benachbarten Grundstück ist der einzige Nachbar. Die Finca ist ausgestattet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Der TV ist sogar Netflix und Amazon Prime fähig. Wir haben das gerne genutzt für die kühleren Abende ) Der Pool ist ein Traum. Nachdem man ins angenehm kühle Nass gesprungen ist, kann man es sich auf den Sonnenliegen bequem machen. Aufgrund der Lage sollte man ein Auto oder Zweirad haben. Von der Finca aus kann man dann in alle Richtungen die Insel erkunden. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: etwa 500 m vom Grundstück entfernt verläuft die Bahnstrecke und die Finca liegt in der Einflugschneise. Uns hat das nicht weiter gestört oder vom Schlafen abgehalten, da sonst nur Naturgeräusche zu hören waren. Auch für einen Familienurlaub ist die Finca perfekt geeignet. Wer für sich sein will, weit weg von Touri-Orten, ist hier genau richtig. ##### Bjoern From a partner site ### 10/10 Excellent #### Dennis 7 Jul 2021 #### Charmante Finca mit toller Ausstattung und schönem Pool Die Finca ist sowohl von außen als auch innen sehr hochwertig und mit viel Liebe ausgestattet. Die Terrasse spendet tagsüber viel Schatten und auch im Außenbereich wurde offenbar in letzter Zeit sehr viel gemacht (Rasen ausgebracht, neue Pflanzen eingesetzt etc.). Die Küche hat alles, was es braucht (großer Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine etc.) und das Bad ist groß und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr zentral auf der Insel, weshalb man innerhalb kurzer Zeit fast jedes Ziel erreichen kann. Der Pool ist groß und der Besitzer kümmert sich darum, dass dieser regelmäßig gereinigt wird. Offenbar wird dem Pool auch Frischwasser zugeführt, weshalb er gerade am Morgen angenehm kühl war. Die letzten 200-300 Meter der Straße sind komplett unbefestigt und es liegen große Steine auf dem Boden. Daher sollte man beim Mietwagen sicherheitshalber darauf achten, dass auch die Reifen mit versichert sind. Auf Palma herrscht reger Flugverkehr und einige Flugzeuge kommen über die Finca. Uns hat das nicht gestört aber komplette Stille hat man trotz der Lage nicht. ##### Dennis From a partner site ### 10/10 Excellent 24 Sept 2019 #### Günstig, toller Pool aber Abstriche bei Fluglärm und Ausstattung Außerordentlich sauber. Diesbezüglich haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Abstriche ganz klar durch den immensen Fluglärm, der eigentlich kaum auszuhalten ist und vermutlich den vergleichsweise günstigen Preis erklärt. Extrem abgelegen. Anfahrt über mehrere 100 m auf Schotter und Geröll (nicht für jedes Auto das richtige). Aussicht auf karge Landschaft und kaputte Mandelbäume, wie es sie jetzt leider überall auf Mallorca gibt. Außerdem mehrere Überland-Strommasten, die man bei feuchterem Wetter nonstop bitzeln hört. Strom für das Anwesen nur über Solar und hilfsweise über Generator, der dann ebenfalls laut ist. Man wird gebeten, nicht so viele Geräte gleichzeitig zu benutzen. Apropos: keine Spülmaschine vorhanden! (Hatten wir in der Beschreibung übersehen). Mindert das Urlaubsfeeling erheblich. Ist auch unverständlich, wenn z.B. sehr wohl eine Waschmaschine benutzt werden darf. Der Platz für die Spülmaschine, nebst Steckdose, ist nämlich da, eben nur frei gelassen. Wirklich nicht zu verstehen. Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfe usw. von eher minderer Qualität. Ebenso Betten und z.B. die Sofas einfach nicht ästhetisch. Aber das ist vermutlich Geschmackssache. Ganz großer Pluspunkt: der tolle Pool! Perfekte Größe. Sehr gepflegt und einfach richtig schön für Jung und Alt. Ebenso die Außenanlagen, die ziemlich geschmackvoll angelegt ist. Der Esel nebenan ist niedlich. Zwar auch laut, aber nichts gegen den Fluglärm. Fazit: Laut, aber günstig, sauber und top Pool! Spülmaschine kaufen und installieren. Alle Glühbirnen tauschen und mit warmem Licht ausstatten. (Gibt es auch als LED) Scharfe Messer! Holzbretter in der Küche austauschen. Geschirr wirkt billig. Bei Ikea gibt es schönere Komplettausstattung für unter 30€. Sofas sind unbequem und eklig mit dem Bezug. Tv ist mega alt. Hochbett quietscht extrem. Matratzen hier zu klein. Außen: die kaputten Mandelbäume raus. Wirkt so tot. From a partner site ### 10/10 Excellent 17 Sept 2019 #### Tolle Liegenschaft in Sineu Eine sehr schöne Liegenschaft, die viele zweckmässige Eigenschaften hat. z.B. eine fixe Aufhängevorrichtung für die Badetücher gleich neben dem Pool inkl. funktionierenden Wäscheklammern. Ebenso im Bad, neben der Dusche. Saubere Liegestuhl-Polster. Dort hat man seine Ruhe, einzig die Flugzeuge sind zu hören in dieser Gegend der Insel. Sineu und Llubi sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Nach Sineu läuft man 45min. ein schöner Spaziergang zum Nachtessen auf ein Bier oder Dessert. Insgesamt eine wunderbare Location und auch für Familien empfehlenswert. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln. Der Service von Mallorca-Charme war sehr gut. From a partner site ### 10/10 Excellent 28 Aug 2018 #### Urlaub nach unserem Geschmack Wir hatten dieses Jahr bewusst mal etwas ganz anderes zu den sonstigen All- Inklusive Urlauben gesucht. Nicht morgens früh aufstehen um noch Liegen zu bekommen. Dieses Haus sprach uns direkt an. Das es den Weg zum Haus im Navi gibt, lässt uns immer noch schmunzeln. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Hausübergabe klappte problemlos. Alles was man für einen Urlaub in der Einsamkeit braucht, war vorhanden. Der Esel Luis hatte sofort das Herz unserer Kinder erobert und bekam täglich seine Streicheleinheiten. Als wir an einem Tag kein Wasser mehr hatten, wurde sich direkt um eine neue Pumpe für den Brunnen gekümmert. Der Service war super. Danke nochmal an dieser Stelle. Uns hat auch das Fahren zum Strand nicht gestört. Ganz im Gegenteil, man wohnt so zentral auf der Insel, dass man alle Ausflugszielen gut erreichen kann, ohne lange fahren zu müssen. Wir hatten in der Finca einen sehr schönen Urlaub und vermissen das gute Wetter jetzt schon. From a partner site ### 8/10 Good 19 Aug 2018 #### Super Finca für Paare und kleine Familien Perfekte Größe für 2-4 Personen, schöne abgelegene Lage (nicht mit Sportwagen anzufahren), schöner Pool, der nette „Nachbar“, der Esel Luis -), gute Ausstattung insgesamt. Die Moskitonetze an allen Fenstern sind spitze. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung seitens Mallorca-Charme und nette unkomplizierte Eigentümer, die bei kleinen Problemen sofort helfen und alle 3 Tage kommen, um den Pool zu checken. Es fehlt eine Klimaanlage, es wird sehr heiß und auch durch nächtliches Lüften und tagsüber alles Zumachen wird es nachts unerträglich heiß (wir waren im August da). Die beiden zur Verfügung stehenden Ventilatoren sind laut und helfen insgesamt wenig. Die Matratzenschoner sollten gegen das Modell „luftdurchlässig“ getauscht werden, es wird auch sehr warm dadurch. Es fehlt eine Info, wie der Müll getrennt und wo entsorgt werden soll, überhaupt fehlt eine Infomappe. Man könnte 4 Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung stellen, aber das Haus und die Terrasse bieten auch schattige Plätze. Man könnte noch Auflaufformen in der Küche platzieren.
