Agana Shopping Center, Payless and Jude Church only 200 meters away. Newly renovated and fully furnished! It is just what you need to make yourself at home on the beautiful island. This condo unit includes free cable television, wireless internet, and a phone that operates for free local calls. The kitchen is also fully stocked with amenities, including a washer & dryer, stove and oven, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, and the essentials to prepare a delicious home cooked meal. Shampoo, body wash, soap and towels are also provided upon check-in. \*\*\*PICTURE ID IS REQUIRED FOR EACH GUEST OVER THE AGE OF 18\.
