very nice duplex located in the heart of simpson bay (simpson bay yatch club). this accommodation is located in a secure residence (24 hours a day, 7 days a week). it has 2 tennis courts, jacuzzi, and 2 swimming pools. Magical view of the lagoon is offered to you from the 3 terraces. this accommodation includes a boat pontoon. You can walk to restaurants, supermarkets and bars.

Property was as advertised. Location is excellent. The owner ( Delphine ) was waiting for us when we arrived as she stated. Communicating with her was easy & she was extremely personable & profeessional. We definitely will look to rent this property again.
