  • Cosy house "Hexenstüble". Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Obersimonswald, in a quiet position on a slope. Private: natural state property. Table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground. In the house: table football, central heating system. Beverage service. Parking at the house. Shop 6 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 6 km, bus stop 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km. Ski lift 18 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bregtallift Furtwangen 18 km, Kandellift 20 km.
    7-room house 240 m2 on 3 levels. Cosy furnishings: large living/dining room with satellite TV and DVD. Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, 6 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, grill, electric coffee machine, steamer). 3 sep. WC's. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 2 rooms, each room with 4 beds. Bath/shower, 3 showers, sep. WC, double hand-basin. 2nd upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. Heating. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi). Parking. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit 4 Familien im Hexenstüble und durchweg zufrieden. Das Haus ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Service für Brötchen und Getränke ist ein Traum für größere Gruppen und auch der Kontakt mit Familie Baumer war immer sehr nett. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Wir waren 3 Familien mit insgesamt 11 Personen im Alter von 20 bis 77 Jahren. Und haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man zum kochen braucht. Die Schlafräume sind prima aufgeteilt und sauber. Wir möchten wiederkommen.

Immer wieder...

...würden wir diesen Ort wählen. Alles war perfekt. Von der Wirtsfamile wurden wir bestens betreut. Das Haus war gemütlich und pickobello sauber. Die Umgebung war wunderschön einladend und ruhig. Beim Haus befindet sich eine gepflegte Wiese mit schönem Grillplatz und Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Die Gegebenheiten waren perfekt für unser Familientreffen geeignet. Absolut empfehlenswert 👍

Die Unterkunft und Aufenthalt haben die Erwartungen der 15 Personen und 2 Hunden starken Gruppe mehr als übertroffen. Gastgeber stand falls notwendig sofort zur Verfügung oder zur Hilfe und war stets freundlich. Aufenthaltsraum mit Theke und Küchenanbindung war zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Duschen und Toiletten sauber und ordentlich. Es hat super gefallen. Einziges kleines Kriterium, quietschende, in die Jahre gekommene Türen, besonders im Obergeschoss und die Betten hart und gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Tooles Haus für Familientreffen

Wir haben im März 2023 ein tolles Wochenende im Ferienhaus Hexenstüble verbracht. Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen und 8 Kindern im Alter zwischen 1 und 13 Jahren dort. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und ist ideal für größere Gruppen. Der Service der Vermieter (Brötchen- und Getränkeservice, Kommunikation, Flexibiltät bei An- und Abreise) war super. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt absolut weiterempfehlen!

Sehr idyllische Lage!

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden! Es ist optimal für kleine Gruppen bis 14Leute. Die Zimmer sowie das das ganze Haus, waren sehr sauber. Wir konnten uns wunderbar erholen und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Sehr nette Vermieter. Viele Grüße Die Monnema!
