"Unser Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung war okay.Die Ausstattung an Büchern, Spielen auch für Kinder, inklusive einer Toni-Box ist sehr gut.Die Küchen Ausstattung ist etwas speziell und etwas zusammen gewürfelt. Dessert Teller gab es keine. Und die Küchen Schränke mit dem Geschirr hängen so hoch an der Wand, daß eine Körpergröße von mindestens 170cm schon gut wäre.Das Schlafzimmer ist super ausgestattet. Gute Betten und Bettzeug."

"Het huisje zag er keurig uit op een paar kleine punten na. De kitranden in de douchebak kunnen wel weer een update gebruiken. De batterij van de klok was leeg, geen batterijen te vinden...het gat in de parasol voet was te groot en daardoor valt de parasol telkens om.Het huisje is voorzien van een leuk terras met een prachtig uitzicht. Je moet wel van klimmen houden als je naar je auto wilt.Verders prima hoor."

"Heating system not working while being at -3 degree and the house isolation system is not efficient for winter, from the doors and windows you can feel the cold wind coming in. PLUS we had a plague of mosquitoes so we had terrible nights, mosquitoes in all the house.. We had to pay extra for towels and bed sheets.. "Great location in Monschau. Clean, basic hotel good for a nights stopover. Very comfortable & spacious bedroom. No complaints for the price. Recommend contacting the hotel prior to arrival to book a parking space as they are limited. Staff very helpful when we called en-route for directions."

"This hotel was clean and did the trick for a one night stay but unfortunately I wouldn't stay there again because of the location. It's located on an uphill walk, it's not accessible transit-wise, and the Uber/bolt isn't cheap in the area. It's not a long walk to find restaurants but it's an uphill trek and the food you'll find near the hotel is honestly pretty terrible and overpriced. Thankfully there was a small market beside it for drinks and snacks."

"This is a fantastic and luxurious hotel located not far from the city center. It takes less than 10 minutes to reach all of the sights in the city. The hotel was extremely nice, very clean, and had an amazing buffet breakfast! The indoor pool was also beautiful. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and kept very clean, too. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Super schönes Ferienhaus, nette Gastgeber und die Lage ist ein Träumchen. Absolut ruhig, wenn man vom Rauschen der Rur und Vogelgezwitscher absieht. Von da viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und wenn man zurück ins Tal fährt, jedesmal spektakulär. Gerne nochmal für eine kleine Auszeit. Für meinen Hund war es auch super."

"My daughter and I needed a last minute stay. We lucked out and found this hotel with the economy room. Plenty of parking when we arrived. The place is amazing to look at and experience. The staff are great. Our room was really dated, but functional. The closet and the mattress need replacing. The beds are low to the ground. A fan was provided during the heat. Windows opened to the courtyard helped with fresh air, but the noise can last until 1 to 2 am if a function is going on. Bring earplugs. Shared bathrooms are split between men and women, but some men don't read signs. We had 2 toilets and 3 showers for women on our section. 2 out of 3 showers had soap. Breakfast is a simple buffet of warm and cold food. There can be a wait for coffee as there are only 2 machines. Breakfast staff are quick on filling and cleaning up the tables. Bar area is best to go to the bar order if there is minimal staff. Grounds are beautiful even though there is some construction going on. I would love to visit again, but maybe a different room type."
