This exceptional townhome offers a luxurious retreat for those looking to immerse themselves in the beauty of Durango and its surroundings. Situated a mere 2 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort and perfectly positioned between Durango and Silverton, guests have access to an array of activities. As an added perk, guests can take full advantage of the pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and workout center at the main Cascade Village Lodge as part of their rental experience. The first floor features a fully stocked kitchen with bar seating, complemented by a dining table for 6\. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living and dining areas, allowing guests to bask in the breathtaking mountain views through the impressive floor-to-ceiling windows. Step out onto the balcony deck from the dining area to savor the fresh Colorado air and take in the stunning surroundings.
