Well appointed furnishings in general. Having nice linens and towels in place was great. Use of the garage was a plus. Kitchen could use some updating: a new pan for cooking eggs, a toaster oven (two toaster, one broken, the other so-so) The front curtain needs some repair and the bar stools do not match the height of the bar/counter (which seems abnormally high.
