Silverthorne’s Bluebird Market is right next door with more than a dozen dining options and retail shops, and there are numerous other choices within a short stroll. All of Summit County’s ski resorts are within a short drive and in the summer, enjoy hiking, biking, world-class fly fishing on the Blue River, golf, and the nearby Dillon Reservoir!

    Fourth Street Crossing Traverse Townhome is a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath premium townhome that’s perfect for up to six guests. The living area features large windows with mountain views, as well as comfortable seating, a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. The gorgeous kitchen has large marble counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range), and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. There’s seating for six at the dining table and three at the counter.

    Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a private garage for two vehicles. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.
