This is one of the most private and spacious properties in Summit Sky Ranch. Vail and Beaver Creek are 35-45 minutes away. This home is in a private community with biking and hiking trails, a community center that provides a beautiful business center, gathering space, exercise facility, 2 hot tubs, swimming pool, and private lake access! The space This newly built modern mountain home in a community with incredible amenities and bodes one of the largest and most private lots in the neighborhood. This home has comfortably slept large groups and also includes a main house with 2 king size beds, 4 queen size bunk beds, a full size bed and a detached guest house with a king size bedroom. Everything you would need is included in the kitchen areas. We can include additional photos so you have clear expectations of what each space looks like. The main house on this property is detached from a guest house on the property. This area has fire restrictions throughout the course of the year to prevent wildfires. \*\*DO NOT under any circumstances start a wood fire anywhere on the property.\*\*. Local authorities may find you and such actions can lead to imprisonment. We want you to have a wonderful time in the mountains, but again, Avoid starting any wood fires on the property. Guest access This home has multiple options. You can rent the small guest house standalone, or the entire home if you'd prefer. The home sits on a large private lot with beautiful views in every direction. Other things to note: There is access for renters to a wonderful community center which includes a business center, exercise facility, hang out spaces, hot tubs and a heated pool, along with lake access and a beach during the warmer months. There are beautiful trails all around the property and you can get to downtown Silverthorne within 5 minutes. The listing indicates the home has air conditioning. It does not have a traditional HVAC system. The home has heated flooring during the cold days, and it’s most typical for high elevation homes in Colorado to have “air conditioning” by simply opening the windows. Even in the summer time at this elevation, opening a few windows will pull in the outside breeze and cool the home. This home is in a private neighborhood with a very nice community center which can optionally be booked out upon request. We will need to let the community center know prior to your trip if you’d like to use the exercise room, business center, hot tubs pot heated pool. If you’re interested let us know and we will make reservations for you prior to your stay. The community center will have you sign a waiver. The hot tubs and pool are accessible self service from a key fob that we will provide you. There will be a small fee if any keys to the home, key fobs, etc. are lost. This will allow us to replace these items. The property was beautiful!! Even the community center was well kept. It was great for our group of 10\. Everyone had plenty of space. The house itself brings so much natural light with spacious windows, giving beautiful views of the surrounding areas. All the appliances and kitchen equipment was top tier. They really do have everything for you. Had a small issue checking in; the battery of the front door stopped working (probably due to the cold), but we were still able to get in after a few hours. Other than that, I really do recommend this stay! Would definitely rebook them again for another ski trip!! ##### Pauline L. The spacious 5-bedroom house, along with the additional guest house, provided ample room for both relaxation and lively gatherings after our days on the slopes. Every corner of the home was impeccably maintained and exuded a welcoming warmth that made us feel right at home. Its location in Summit County offers easy access to some of Colorado’s premier ski resorts—Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain—making it the perfect retreat for our ski trip. Additionally the host was very warm, kind, and responsive throughout the process. Don’t hesitate to book here – it’s the perfect home base for your mountain retreat. ##### Bradley K. This home was absolutely perfect for our large group of 20 people! The main house and casita provided plenty of living space to hang out, cook, and sleep comfortably with the addition of a couple air mattresses. Communication was great and the owner made sure all logistics were sorted prior to our arrival. Home has a great floor plan and everyone had their private space. Plus a large living/ dining room area as we celebrated birthdays and baby shower. Experience can be better with a few additions We spent a great time at this house! It was clean and very spacious. However, it lacks some of the basic items, such as snow shovels. We could not use any of the exterior house amenities due to the piled snow. The house also had a snow blower, but it did not work during our stay.We enjoyed our time. A few improvements would make our stay esier. I recommend a booklet with instructions of how things work in the house and shovels available for cleaning the driveway and other exterior areas..Overall, good experience ##### Daniel S. Perfectly situated near Silverthorne, you have access to anything you will need, yet secluded enough for a sense of privacy. Though located in a neighborhood, the homes are far enough part to not seem stacked together. The home is large enough for a smallish (35 people) welcome dinner, for an reception after the ceremony for the same people, plus a place for our family of 5, plus 4 young ladies in the festivities to stay, plus two aunts who shared the casita. The listing shows two master bedrooms (they both have a grand view of the mountains. There are also two rooms with queen bunkbeds (one on each floor). On the lower level is a small room with a queen bed perfect a single or couple (it is not listed as a bedroom as it lacks a window, but is across the hall from the lower level patio egress). Plus the casita is across the driveway (no direct home access) featuring a king bed, full bath, a kitchette and small sitting room. There were ample bathroom facilities on both levels. While parking is somewhat limited yet between the double garage and cozy driveway, we were able to park seven vehicles on site. We shutted overflow from the community center for 3 or 4 extra vehicles. There are multiple wedding venues within easy driving distance from this home (including Apache Ranch a mere 0.3 miles away). ##### Patrick H.
