(Text us for specials! 303 578 9068) This remote getaway in the Colorado Rocky Mountains is within 15–30 minutes of world-class resorts like Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain. Vail and Beaver Creek are just 35–45 minutes away. Located in a private gated community, the property includes access to biking and hiking trails, a community center with a business center, gathering spaces, a fitness facility, 2 hot tubs, a heated swimming pool, and private lake access. The Space This newly built modern mountain home sits on one of the largest and most private lots in the neighborhood, and has comfortably hosted large groups time and again. Sleeping Arrangements — Main House + Guest House: Upstairs Primary Bedroom — King Upstairs Guest Room — 2 custom Queen Bunk Beds Downstairs Primary Bedroom — King Downstairs Guest Room — 2 custom Queen Bunk Beds Lower Level Den — Full size bed in a cozy, cave-like nook beneath the stairs (please note: this space does not have a window, egress exit, or dedicated smoke/CO detector — it's ideal as a bonus sleeping spot for kids or flexible overflow, but we want guests to have full transparency before booking) Detached Guest House / Casita — King Additional sleeping is possible with air mattresses (available nearby at Target). The custom adult-sized queen bunk beds are genuinely comfortable — not an afterthought — and work great for large groups who want their own space without sacrificing sleep quality. Guest Access The property can be rented as the full home or as the guest house standalone — your choice. A Few Important Notes: Fire restrictions are strictly enforced year-round. We want your stay to be wonderful — please take this seriously. On "air conditioning": This home does not have a traditional HVAC system. It features radiant heated flooring for cold days. At this elevation, cooling in summer is typically achieved simply by opening windows and if necessary using the portable fans in the house — the mountain breeze genuinely works. This is standard for high-altitude Colorado homes. Community Center Access: The community center (hot tubs, heated pool, fitness facility, business center) requires advance coordination. The house was clean, spacious, and had a cozy, welcoming feel from the moment we walked in. The layout made it easy for everyone to relax and spend time together, and the views were absolutely beautiful.The kitchen had all the basic cookware we needed, though be aware you’ll want to bring your own cooking essentials like oil, spices, and seasonings. Still, it was perfect for making big group meals and had plenty of space to spread out.Check-in was easy, and the host was quick to respond to any questions. Overall, it was a peaceful, scenic getaway spot and we’d definitely stay here again. This home was absolutely perfect for our large group of 20 people! The spacious 5-bedroom house, along with the additional guest house, provided ample room for both relaxation and lively gatherings after our days on the slopes. Every corner of the home was impeccably maintained and exuded a welcoming warmth that made us feel right at home. Its location in Summit County offers easy access to some of Colorado’s premier ski resorts—Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain—making it the perfect retreat for our ski trip. The property was beautiful!! Even the community center was well kept. It was great for our group of 10\. Everyone had plenty of space. The house itself brings so much natural light with spacious windows, giving beautiful views of the surrounding areas. All the appliances and kitchen equipment was top tier. They really do have everything for you. Had a small issue checking in; the battery of the front door stopped working (probably due to the cold), but we were still able to get in after a few hours. Experience can be better with a few additions We spent a great time at this house! It was clean and very spacious. However, it lacks some of the basic items, such as snow shovels. We could not use any of the exterior house amenities due to the piled snow. The house also had a snow blower, but it did not work during our stay.We enjoyed our time. A few improvements would make our stay esier. I recommend a booklet with instructions of how things work in the house and shovels available for cleaning the driveway and other exterior areas..Overall, good experience ##### Daniel S. Perfectly situated near Silverthorne, you have access to anything you will need, yet secluded enough for a sense of privacy. Though located in a neighborhood, the homes are far enough part to not seem stacked together. The home is large enough for a smallish (35 people) welcome dinner, for an reception after the ceremony for the same people, plus a place for our family of 5, plus 4 young ladies in the festivities to stay, plus two aunts who shared the casita. The listing shows two master bedrooms (they both have a grand view of the mountains. There are also two rooms with queen bunkbeds (one on each floor). On the lower level is a small room with a queen bed perfect a single or couple (it is not listed as a bedroom as it lacks a window, but is across the hall from the lower level patio egress). Plus the casita is across the driveway (no direct home access) featuring a king bed, full bath, a kitchette and small sitting room. There were ample bathroom facilities on both levels. While parking is somewhat limited yet between the double garage and cozy driveway, we were able to park seven vehicles on site. We shutted overflow from the community center for 3 or 4 extra vehicles. There are multiple wedding venues within easy driving distance from this home (including Apache Ranch a mere 0.3 miles away). ##### Patrick H.
