Bring the family, and some friends. This beautifully appointed home is PERFECT for vacationing with a small group. With 7 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and 3 gathering areas spread across 4 levels, there are seemingly endless places to gather, find fun, or hide and take a nap. The main living area has 25' ceilings, fireplace, 65" ultra-high def TV, updated kitchen, and tons of glass overlooking absolutely unbelievable views of the Continental Divide, Lake Dillon, Peak 1, and Buffalo Mountain. The family room has a game/puzzle table, and a 55" ultra high def TV. The rec room has a beautiful pool table, 55" TV, even a little Pac-man machine, and kitchenette overlooking the mountains. The home has the most outstanding large entertaining deck with a built-in bar boasting the best views on the property, a propane fire-pit, varied seating for up to 12, and a unique circular staircase descending to lower level patio near the large private Jacuzzi. The upper level is a giant master en-suite with private balcony, soaking tub, steam walk-in shower, and sitting area. There is a second king en-suite on the lowest level. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed, and more! The location was fantastic with the house being super close to town and close to both Keystone Resort and Copper Mountain. The hot tub was a great addition as well as the pool table and arcade machine. Beware if you visit in the winter to make sure that your car has 4WD. The driveway will be very tricky if not. Also there is a lot of stairs (4 floors) so if altitude gives you issues, take that into consideration. I would definitely book this house again. ##### Christine O. Christmas. Some of our grandchildren live in CO and Utah - the rest of us came from Va and MD for a different kind of holiday. There were 15 of us - could have been crowded but the house provided enough space for everyone to be together or to do their own thing - it was perfect! We loved it and would highly recommend it to others. We overestimated the food and hope that we did not get downgraded for leaving too much behind - hope that it could be donated or used by the cleaning crew. We appreciated getting the driveway shoveled on Christmas Eve without even asking - and getting an extra pick-up of garbage and recycling early in the week. The house is the perfect size for 12 adults but was stocked with games and toys for younger kids. The views from the house were amazing with beautiful sunrises ever day. Kitchen was well stocked and we had a private chef come in to cook for us & he said it was one of the better stocked kitchens he’s seen! The hosts are super communicative if you were to have any issues which we did not have. It was so great that the kids had their own floor with activities, toys, and a big smart tv. Tons of space. Epic views, Hot tub worked great. Kitchen was stocked. Check-in was the easiest ever. We had 3 generations...13 people staying for 6 nights. The home was very roomy with 4 levels allowing everyone space. Favorite time of day was around sunset...enjoying the great views. All of our family was here to help us celebrate!!! Everyone had the space they needed to relax. The pool table was such a hit and competition was on the line. The hot tub was claimed nightly. We enjoyed ourselves very much. We were there to do some motorcycle riding and it didn’t disappoint. Driveway is a little tricky. House was very well stocked with everything needed. There were a few things that could use a little attention. Nothing that was a big deal. I will address with the management company. Be prepared for some stair climbing! ##### Brad M. Some of the bedrooms were set up more for couples and we were a group of just men. Two members of our party actually went out and got hotel rooms. On the morning after our 1st night stay we did have an issue with a late arriving person parked on the street and apparently a neighbor was upset that we left an outside light on. We had both of those issues were resolved by 6AM the next morning. The TONE of the message I received from you was downright threatening! I actually got the message after we had resolved the issues but the message said “You have 30 minutes to resolve”Not very friendly or accommodating. EVERYONE in our party felt the same way. Due to that TONE of communication we are VERY unlikely to book again ##### Joe C. We had a wonderful stay at this Silverthorne property! The house had plenty of space and was well stocked. It's wonderfully positioned so you can easily access Frisco, Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. While it's marketed as a luxury estate, there were a number of overlooked items on the property that surprised us: scratched up doors, broken blinds, loose curtain rods, scuffed paint. While these things do not make or break a vacation, they were surprising given the cost of the rental. The sleds and snow ball toys in the garage were a nice surprise! It would be nice if the property managers communicated if/when the property would be cleared of snow during the stay.
