Set in a fully renovated 1880 Savoyard farmhouse, the property combines authenticity, modern comfort, and a warm atmosphere. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped open kitchen, a spacious and bright living area with a dining space, a cozy lounge with sofa, armchairs, TV, and board games, plus a laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, storage, and shower room. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. Upstairs, three bedrooms with comfortable bedding, storage, and unique decor await you: two with double beds and one with two single beds. A bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet are also on this floor. Outside, enjoy a shaded terrace perfect for outdoor meals and a sunny terrace with panoramic views of the mountains and countryside. Garden furniture includes a table, chairs, and loungers. Private parking for up to 3 vehicles is available. Many activities are nearby: hiking, nature walks, mountain biking from the house, Domaine du Tornet with lake, fishing, playground, picnic area, and Lake Annecy for swimming, pedal boating, paddleboarding, boating, cycling path, and beaches.
