The hotel itself was nice, and the staff were generally friendly. However, the check-in experience was quite disappointing. It took much longer than expected, and the process was not very well organized. After a long journey, I was hoping for a smoother and more welcoming arrival. I appreciate the staff’s efforts, but I believe the check-in process could be improved to make the overall guest experience more pleasant and efficient.

This hotel is very close to León/Bajío International Airport (BJX), making it an excellent place to stay after your flight. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, and every member of the staff is friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. It’s the perfect location if you’re planning to visit Guanajuato or San Miguel de Allende. You can rest after arriving at the airport and then enjoy an easy drive to either destination. Helen @ Reception was excelente helping me I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful oasis really close to airport. It has everything you could need: pool, onsite restaurant and even a small playground for the kids. Highly recommended!
