If I were to return to Sifnos I’d book Cyclades Beach Apartments again. Maria is THE best host - she helped us get settled and ensured we had everything we needed. The room we had was spacious, clean, and comfortable with air-conditioning. It was also cleaned and tidied every two days. The location was great as well, just a few steps away from the beach, cafes, ceramic shops and restaurants. It’s central on the coast so that nowhere is too far a walk, and it’s away from the busier and more bustling end of the beach, or the more rocky/pebbly end. There’s parking right at Cyclades Beach Apartments, and if that runs out there are nearby parking lots as well (public parking I believe), a minute or two away. TIP: Maria also makes an incredible chickpea soup at Cyclades Restaurant across the street, and her husband’s moussaka is just as good and homey - something not to miss while you’re there. Overall it was a comfortable place to return to at the end of the day, after full days of walking/hiking/lounging on the beach, and we had an excellent stay.
