"We only stayed 2 days of our week in Coron. Had to ask for the water to be turned on both days to flush toilet or shower. The photo on the website is 20 years old. Room does not look like the photos. We have a person with a walker he couldn’t get into his room because they put their inventory in the hallway and partially block the entrance. "This is a once in a lifetime experience. There are no words to explain how beautiful it is there. The staff truly care about it’s patrons and were so kind. Brylle and Vanessa were fantastic. Along with all of this food and beverage department. Everything was excellent. On top of everything else that was so great, there were actual monkeys outside our deck along the limestone cliffs having breakfast."

"had to change rooms after the ac went out when i informed them in the morning they said somone would come look by nonn i went back to check they informed me i needed to change rooms, the new room ac was great but one of the doors to the balcony would not close all the way they fixed it the next morning. Also on the last day for the free breakfast they had no eggs or ham. It was a nice place the only drawback is the walk up the hill to get to it very steep i did it once then used a tuk tuk after that"

"I love the solemnity of the place and how big their swimming pools are. Breakfast was great and delicious, many to choose from. The only downfall is the swimming pools maintenance. It was 4pm when we wanted to swim, no one was there, many dead leaves floating. The walls of the pools have molds. It feels itchy swimming. I had to ask their maintenance to please clean the pool so we could swim."

"We really liked staying at this hotel overall, the only regret is that the WiFi doesn’t really work anywhere except in the lobby. The rooms, the staff, the food and amenities were all top notch otherwise. But they couldn’t get the internet to work anywhere, even though they tried to fix it by restarting their router several times. Hopefully, at our next stay, this issue gets fixed."
