Villa Fiesta blends vibrant charm with relaxed coastal style—Enjoy the freedom to walk to everything. This island retreat is made for morning strolls, beach days, and sunset BBQs. This 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom unit is perfect for small families or groups sleeping up to 6 guests.

As you walk in you will see the coastal-inspired living room & kitchen with outdoor patio area perfect for evenings or early mornings. Going upstairs you will find both bedrooms prepped for your stay, enjoy a relaxing atmosphere and additional outdoor patio connected to the master bedroom. As you return downstairs you will find the shared backyard oasis, there you can enjoy your own outdoor grill, and shared hot tub/pool.

“Villa Fiesta” can accommodate up to 6 guests with a room configuration as follows:
• Bedroom 1: King Bed, Shared Full Bath, 2nd Floor, TV
• Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Shared Full Bath, 3rd Floor, TV
• Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa – Main Living Area, Half Bath Nearby

SOAPS PROVIDED: Laundry, Dish, Hand Soap
SOAPS NOT PROVIDED: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash

•Coffee Maker Type: Combo (both K-cup and drip) A k-cup and creamer small starter bundle is provided.
•Toilet Paper Provided: 3 rolls per bathroom
•Paper Towel Provided: 2 rolls per kitchen
•Towel/Hand Towel/Washcloth: 1 set per stated occupant plus 1 extra set per bathroom
•Beach Towels: 2 per bedroom
•Kitchen spices/oils are not provided but are often left by previous guests

POOL POLICY: This unit is a part of a shared home and the backyard pool area is shared with unit 314. Pool heat temp is set at 83º and runs each day from 7 AM until 7 PM from October 15-April 15. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather should naturally heat the pool. Pool temps are not guaranteed. This pool is heated by a heat pump and is only capable of heating to around 20-25 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. (If the high for the day is 55, the pool may only be able to reach 75).
The above ground spa, once turned on and can be run at any time and will heat to 100º. Turn the temperature down to 80º and put the cover on when you are done using. Above ground hot tubs are not as reliable as built in tubs. The use of this hot tub is not guaranteed and should only be considered a possible amenity of this rental.

PET POLICY: This home has a $15/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collected. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED

A SIGNED DESTINATION PARADISE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS.
