Gorgeous Beach House

We were pleasantly surprised by the lovely home and beautiful views. The house was very accommodating with all the amenities you could need and want. The walk to the beach was easy and quick to the powdery white sand. All the beach accessories you could need are in the garage. My favorite was sitting on the comfy lounge chair reading my book hearing and watching the waves rollin.

Beautiful Property with amazing view

This was the perfect location right on the beach and a short bike ride or walk to the village. the property has lots of amenities, like beach toys, chairs and even a big tire wagon to pull everything to the beach. we were able to use both of the garages, we loved the balconies over looking the beach with a good water view. the beds are very comfortable with really comfy pillows and extra in the walk in closet. Andrew the Property manager was very easy to contact and very helpful as well! we loved our stay.

Fourth of July

Two of my children, their spouses and I spent three heavenly days here. There was plenty of room for the five of us. The house was very clean, well organized and everything you would need in the kitchen. We all slept really well and loved the beds. The beach itself is spectacular and we spent most of our time there. There are outdoor patios on each level of the house which provided a nice spot for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. There are beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, towels and carts to move it all to the beach and back. Overall everything was easy, directions, access, check in and check out and communicating with the owner and we can't wait to go back.

Great Siesta Location on the Beach!

This house is ideal for a beach vacation. It is 3 levels , so it does have 2 flights of stairs. First level is garage, second floor is main living/ dining and kitchen with laundry room and powder bath. All bedrooms are on 3rd level, 2 have great views of the beach with an outside screened terrace on both levels. The house is very clean and all baths and the kitchen have been redone very nicely. We really enjoyed our stay, it was right on the beach with a great view and a direct path to the beach! Very close to Siesta Key Village and all the restaurants and nightlife. Just as pictured. Would recommend !!!

We had a wonderful stay the open floor plan was very confurtable and the balcony looking out to the beach was great for morning coffee , enjoyed the walk down the nature trail on our way to the beach , centrally located for everything . The host was on point with quick responses and went well out of his way to accommodate us with any questions or concerns.my only issue was the cooking and dish ware where limited for those who intent on cooking and grilling all your meals We will be back for sure we had a hard time leaving and ended up extending our stay . We had the most amazing stay at this beach house. All the essentials that you would need, they have provided. Even small appliances and a couple of wine refrigerators. We brought extra beach chairs but to our surprise they had more than we expected! There were towels, beach towels, chairs, toys, rafts and etc. The beds were very comfortable. It’s walking distance to the little town. Good food, desserts and music. The property manager was awesome and quick contact response and communication. The walk down to the beach is so nice. The sunsets are incredible! I have nothing but good things to say. Such an awesome weekend! I am still so very impressed with our stay! Thank you for a wonderful beach house getaway!

Our family of 3 generations recently stayed here after Thanksgiving and absolutely loved the house. The location with direct private access to the beach is unbeatable. Siesta Village is walking distance with plenty of restaurant and coffee and shopping options. The house itself is very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are spacious and 2 of them have beautiful screened in terraces with gorgeous ocean views. Bathrooms and laundry room were all on point. One of the garages has several beach chairs and toys. (We added to the toy collection:-) … the only downside was not staying longer ! Host is very responsive and provides detailed access info etc. We would certainly stay again in the future.
