Enjoy the private backyard pool area with a Tiki Bar and plenty of seating for everyone. It is the perfect space for chatting, catching up and eating with friends and family. 342A and 342B can be rented together as a perfect home for a larger group or family. All photos, calendar dates, and rates on this website are 100% accurate. All of our homes include cable TV, Wi-Fi, quality linens, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Our kitchens are stocked and include pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs and other items. The unit is supplied with some basic household needs (starter roll of toilet paper and paper towel one garbage bag). SBR does not supply toiletries, hair dryer, iron or ironing boards during your stay.
We make it easy to stay with us! Drive straight to your rental and access the home with your unique lock code. We will send you detailed check-in instructions 48 hours prior to arrival, and we are available 24 hours a day with live help should you require it.

Great location just minutes from the beach and the village, no need to really venture outside of the Villa with the backyard pool they have here! Will stay here again!
The Location of this property is great. Quick walk to the restaurants, pubs and mini mart as well as a great beach.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. The kitchen is clean and had enough space to operate with just the 2 of us. If there are many more folks it would get crowded. The pool is really fun in the afternoon with some parts in shade while others getting full sun. Would definitely stay here again if we come back.
Not that it effected our enjoyment but the pictures led us to believe it was the upper unit, not the lower.
All that said we enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra 2 days! Maybe just clarify a bit more in the listing.

They don’t provide even basic necessities…
The location is good, but the interior is very dated and old. Before check in you get a near threatening email saying you better not leave a bad review about any issues after your stay. The toiletries supplied look like they’re leftovers from previous guests. It was a two bathroom unit and there was 1 1/3 toilet paper rolls between the two when we arrived. There were NO EXTRA ROLLS in the place. When I contacted management about getting more I was instructed they only provide what’s there. I was then given directions to a grocery store!!
I’ve never stayed at this type of property where SO LITTLE WAS PROVIDED. If you choose to stay, literally pack EVERYTHING you may need!! I definitely would not recommend and will not be staying again.

Scott didn’t stop by to check in as the “welcome instructions” stated he would. Dryer was located outside and was broken. Both the washer and dryer appeared to be very old and rusty. We packed light thinking we would do laundry mid-week. While we understand the dryer issue may have been out of the owners control there was no communication letting us know it was not working. The bath towels were very poor quality and the beach towels were stained. With only four towels and a dryer not working this was very inconvenient. The beach chairs and umbrellas were old/not working and stained/dirty. We had an overall feeling the owner didn’t care and is just interested in collecting the rental income. We won’t be back to rent this unit.
We had a wonderful stay. Condo exactly as pictured on website. Very clean, beds comfortable. Living room a great size to just relax with family. No issues with anything. A/C worked perfectly. Location is so convenient to walk to town and the beach. We had tenants we didn't know upstairs and maybe we got lucky but they were super nice and our schedules worked out great for sharing a pool. Would rent again for sure.
I loved this property! The location was great and the pool was so amazing on the hot days! We did notice an area that was not cleaned in the bathroom (tough to reach area) but otherwise, it was a great stay and I would definitely stay there again!!
Scott's place was perfect for our family for our Spring break vacation. Everything was within walking distance, and the place was very clean and a great set-up for our family. We definitely recommend staying here.
This property was very clean and location was perfect. Scott answered all of our questions promptly. Pool was a little cool on our arrival but when pool maintenance arrived temperature was adjusted and we were able to enjoy the pool.

Not Bad, Not Great.
The place was o.k. Location was the best part, very convenient. Walking distance to the market, beach, restaurants & bars.
The pool was nice. Overall the place itself just didn't justify the price. I don't spend that much time inside of a rental when I'm on a trip. But when I do, I want to be comfortable. General cleanliness could be improved. The furniture is past its prime & the bedding needs a serious upgrade. The place is Bare Bones, zero amenities.
We enjoyed our stay here from 1/4-1/11, 2020. We walked everywhere. Close to beaches and restaurants and market. The back yard is excellent. Scott was responsive to any questions and it was clean and well stocked. We would definitely return!
