Just steps from the soft white sand of Siesta Key Beach and only two blocks from Siesta Key Village, this classic 1945 triplex combines vintage Florida charm with modern comforts — the perfect beach getaway for families, couples, or extended stays! The villa features a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a twin daybed in the living area, allowing “Gull” to comfortably sleep up to six guests. The spacious living area is designed for relaxing after a day on the beach, with comfortable seating, a 46” Smart TV, and an additional sitting area with a daybed and chairs. A dining area with a glass table for four and a fully equipped kitchen — including a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker — make it easy to enjoy meals in the villa. All linens and plush towels are provided, along with starter toiletries such as paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, dish liquid, sponges, and kitchen towels. Perfect location and very clean. There were beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and cooler provided. We had everything we needed. Lisa was quick to respond to any questions we had.
