The room was a good size. Beds could be upgraded. This place was supposed to have AC, but it did not work and our room was so hot none of us could sleep. The contact for the place didn't seem to care much and didn't even offer fans or anything. Very disappointed with this accommodation.

We are very sorry if the room and the AC didn't meet your expectation. We just want to point up that you were 5 people in one room and that yiou had 26 degrees in the room when outside there was over 40 degrees, we don't see how the AC could had work better

It's not really a hotel -- other than the room, there is nothing –– but rather an office that hands out keys to rooms. My room was nice enough, but staff leaves after lunch, so after that you're on your own. One can leave one's bag when checking out, but it isn't really secure. And the phone they leave out to call a taxi if one needs one didn't work, at least not for me.

Hello thank you for your feedback, it is clear that you didn't know what is a guest house, and you didn't know also what you were reserving, otherwise you could notice that our property do not have 24H fort desk and that during the closing time, we offer phone assistance to all our guests (the phone on our desk is for call our customer service) however fortunately most of our guests are much more aware about they reservation, and they appreciate our property and service

Careful staying here if you have any mobility issues. You must take stairs to get there and carry your luggage up. Clean quiet property.

thank you for your feedback, staying in a medieval city and building is very rare to have elevators in the property, so do not matter which property you book unless it is clearly claimed that "the property is accessible for people with limited mobility through elevator" you will always have to climb stair, so sorry!!!

Conveniently situated in Sienna within walking distance of the major sites, restaurants and shopping. The room was spacious and clean with great air conditioning. Great size for us and our 2 kids.

Beautiful Siena Stay
Very clean accommodation close to the center. My only complaint is in the room right by the reception desk is impossible to sleep past 8am as the reception can be very loud. Otherwise, clean, comfortable, spacious!

Great location. We didn't get the full experience because of COVID restrictions. The hotel sent a thorough and detailed letter for check-in which made it a breeze. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was strong.

We stayed in one of the apartments across the street from the hotel, which was perfect for the three of us. The rooms were beautiful, as were the shared and private garden areas. The kitchen and bathroom were well appointed and meticulously clean. It all felt very special. I will definitely stay at Piazza Paradiso on future visits to Siena.

We stayed three nights in unit #6 one bedroom apartment and we absolutely loved it. The apartment was well equipped, spacious, clean, very comfortable and just beautiful - so much character and so Tuscan. We had two patio areas - one shared and one private. We didn't want to leave and would definitely recommend a stay here if you are in Siena.

very kind staff, but being moved for overbooking and flawed wifi connections (often absent) make it a problem. Getting to Siena by car is a challenge. Parking and not getting fines is a convoluted exercise. Siena should have free wifi. The administration should smell the coffee.

we never had problem with Wi-Fi but some time happen that during heavy rain the area of stalloreggi have a lack of connectivity, it seam that you have been unlucky of course the medieval city is not made for modern cable internet connection as well it is not made for car parking, that is why we emailed you in advance the options for manage the parking, and the driving in the city center, but of course you forgot to mention it on your feedback, also the free public Wi-Fi is something not connected with our property, so it is point less mention this on our hotel review, however we appreciate your feedback even if some of your complain ware out of place.

Excellent choice of place to stay in Siena: very comfortable, impeccably clean, located right in the historical center, barely a 5-minute walk to the duomo and maybe 7 minutes to Piazza del Campo, and even a room overlooking the street was quite quiet. There is a trattoria right across the street, and plenty more dining options within easy walking distance, since you're right in the center. The only slightly challenging thing is parking, but they send you very detailed parking instructions for how to get nearby but without breaking the "zona traffico limitato" rules. (Another solution: if you don't mind a little walk, put "porta san Marco" in your GPS, which takes you up the hill towards the city until you get to Porta San Marco, which is one of the old city gates. At that point, drive past it and start driving back down the hill. Pass all of the "restricted to residents" parking spaces (outlined with blue lines and labeled as only for residents), until you get to the first blue parking spaces with a sign that tells you the hours in which you have to pay for parking. You can park in those and pay at the meter (8 am to 8 pm). From there it's a solid 10-15 minute walk uphill to the hotel, so probably it's much closer if you just follow the hotel's parking instructions, but it's another option if you don't mind walking and don't want to risk the whole ZTL thing at all (or if there's construction, like when we were there). In summary, though: excellent choice for staying in Siena

Spectacular Siena
The service and communication provided by Piazza Paradiso was exceptional. We had a very difficult time navigating the streets of Siena and the staff here were a phone call away every time providing help. Maps were laid out with recommendations for dinner and landmarks suggested. The room was very clean and so close to everything you want to see in Siena. I cannot fault a single thing from this hotel. Thank you so much.

I would like better accuracy
This was a good place to stay; however I was expecting a bathtub (even the confirmation said I would have one). Also, the free parking was in the city lots, not on the hotel property. Aside from that, the location was excellent and close to the sights. I just would have appreciated a little more accuracy regarding the reservation.

You reserved our one bedroom apartment split level, that as everyone can see from the description of the room facilities it do not have bathtub but shower, we have also rooms with bathtub, but you did not reserve one of them, also we do not have any mention or our profile regarding private free parking area inside or outside the property, however we have a parking service that you could add at your arrival it cost 20€ per day and it has the only limitation to check-in before 6pm, we are sorry that you wish reserve a type of room but you reserved something else, however we could help you out with your wishes if you let us know before arrival, instead a week later of your check-out.

I recommend this hotel highly. The friendly guys at the front desk gave me restaurant suggestions, good directions to the market, and carried my heavy bag down the steps after I bought too much wine! The breakfast arrangement at the nearby bar/restaurant was great.

Excellent apartment for a family of four!
The apartment was big enough for our family of four, very comfortable, clean, and cozy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a comfortable bathroom, great shower, small kitchenette, and comfortable bed with a tv. Plenty of room with access to a lovely secluded courtyard. The place is steps away from Piazza del Campo. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great central location in Siena.
We stayed in a unit across the street from the offices. The room was spacious with a well appointed kitchenette and an adequate bathroom. However, there is an absolutely wonderfully private courtyard accessible from our room that we used every night. Quiet, private, beautiful and exquisitely Italian, the courtyard was the highlight of our stay in Unit #3. We had a great time in Siena and a significant part of our enjoyable stay was our room with Piazza Paradiso Accomodations.

Great location to city center
Loved the friendly staff and nicely appointed, clean room. The hotel tries its best to provide driving instructions via the internet. It is complicated to get there by car. However, once you arrive, their parking service makes it easy. There is some street noise but the windows block it substantially and it was not a problem for us. Some stairs to climb if you are renting a room rather than the apartment. Great place to base your visit to Siena.

Very spacious room for a family of 4 close to all the sites of Siena. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. If you have a car though parking is difficult. Would definitely recommend if staying in Siena.

Excellent hotel close to everything
The staff was very caring and accommodating. They took time during check-in to give us a comprehensive orientation, and then allowed us to store luggage for a couple of hours after check-out. The room was great; comfortable, clean, quiet, and everything worked. The complimentary breakfast at the nearby cafe was wonderfully generous. Would definitely stay here again when we visit Siena in the future.

Excellent Location- Family overnight stay
The apartments are excellently located and they allow you to drive to the door to drop your luggage. You then have to park just outside the gates which is a 8 minute walk. We were a family of staying in one one big room with the expected facilities. The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and informative. Breakfast was at a cafe down the road, but it was all you can eat. The food and drink were very good.

Great little Hotel
It was a great place to stay. Travelled as a family of five and Siena was a wonderful experience for everyone. Parking was a little away but manageable. Some great spots to eat, Nanna Gina's was the best for antipasto and service!

Right in the walls of the old city
Being in the walled city made this a bit challenging to find. It shares the entrance with another hotel. The staff couldn't be more helpfull. They were absolutely amazing. Our room was very nice. Very quiet and had lots of little touches such as a bowl of candy, nice toiletries, coffee. The location is excellent for being able to just walk out and being right in the historic area. We had a car and the staff helped us in showing us were to park for free. A little ways from the hotel but we dropped off our luggage, then parked. Short walk back to the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Would defiantly stay again.

Perfect spacious room, only issue was street noise
Room was very adequately furnished, lots of toiletries were also provided. Staff were very friendly. Only issue is we had a room facing the street and there were people talking loudly past midnight on a weekday, which affected our sleep.
